Old School Park reviews
15A great little park for the kids, clean and well kept with the right mix of equipment for the younger and older kids.
A spot for the young kids there is toilets there shelter there too there is parking it's about a twenty minutes walk from Gymea station and swings
The new park is great except for a couple of things. If you have a toddler, go during the school day. After school it's packed and it's unreasonable to expect primary school children to look out for toddlers. My three year old grandson was pushed past and bounced around while the 18 month old chewed on bark and his clothes picked up so much of it because he sat and played in it while I was trying to keep his brother safe. Then when I picked up the little one, my clothes were covered in the bark, that it's particularly clingy, even after washing. Not the fault of the children, just suggesting people with toddlers visit early.
One of the best playgrounds in the Shire after the renovation but the toilet needs a renovation too
Nice grass area, and little playground for small kids. Great skate park though and basketball hoop!
Nice quiet park with toilets and plenty of seating. Path to ride scooters and bikes. Gated for safety. Good for smaller kids
Nice playground with creative equipment. Great shaded play area. Bike track & plenty of open space. Would definitely return.
Great for toddlers and primary aged children. It's a bark park, so not great for crawling babes. Bike track, large grass oval, large picnic shelter. No bathroom. The playground is enclosed with a gate. On a main road, with designated parking for the playground.
Amazing shire park! Bush walks. Dog friendly only on leash. It’s even kid friendly! Seriously though, cool your sausages before you go.no BBQ

This is a great place to bring your kids and have a play yourself all my kids love it every time!
Ok playground with a lot of crazy birds. Parrots fight, magpies swoop, miners yell and swoop magpies.
Good ahade. Great for parties or bike riding for children. Bark ground makes everything filthy! Lots of ants, so bring a rug to sit on!
A kids friendly park: the park is fully fenced with child proof lock with an outdoor kids playground, wheelchair accessible toilet, paved path for bike riding, large amount of grass area, an undercover shelter with tables and seats and parking.
Small bike track for the kids, covered tables and play area, toilets and an opportunity to take an easy bush walk.
