Okami - Silverwater

Never again, people sitting on top of each other, food very slow to come out and only half the ordered quantities, was a problem to even get water in a timely manner, staff would walk off before you could finish a sentence. There was no parking.

Appalling service. Impossible to get staff attention and once this was achieved they would walk off before finishing what I was asking. First tried sitting 5 of us on a table not capable of seating 5 people. We ordered more than one serving of a particular item (many times) and only one serving came out. Asked multiple times for table water, napkins, chopsticks before they were brought out.

Pretty much ordered everything on the menu, all of them are really good. There was a slight consistency issue of the eggplant salad for me, which tasted drastically different the second time I ordered because the sauce was so much sweeter and pronounced. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and well made. The beef selection was nice, the meat were tender and the sauces were nicely paired. I would skip the gyoza, the meat one was mediocre at best, and I had to spit out the vegetable one for its mushy texture and bland flavour. The dessert was a nice end to the meal, the ice cream is rock solid but is delicious once it's defrosted, and the taiyaki was absolutely delightful. I came here for my birthday, and would definitely go back again.

Did you guys ran out of fish? Thinnest slice of fish on top of my sushi if I wanted to eat a rice ball I would have done it at home

The sushi dishes, cheese sausage and beef carpaccio exceeded expectations. The taste on other dishes were OK.

Some staff were at this restaurant work so hard to perfect. But one girl was with ponytail and wore blue mask too rude, I didn’t know why she cut down my orders, even miso soup. I had to ask another waitress order my food.

Food was really good & the restaurant is family friendly. However after being there for 2 hrs, we feel that we waited for the food more than what we got to eat. Once we realised we had been there for 2 hrs we decided to leave

Staff service was too bad. When we eating they start to clean the floor use machine and smell chemical. I couldn’t enjoy my food that was so bad experience. One staff voice was too small i couldn’t hear what she said. There were a lot of staff but we need to raise hand for call the staff. They didn’t watch customer… There was no special just bad feeling Never go again.

Very bad experience, when we eating just clean the floor use big noise machine next to our table and move the chair very loudly, and then use spray make smelly let us almost vomit…

The all you can eat experience is a bit of fun - a lot of it is done in batches, so wait times are a little random but it doesn't matter cos there's always some food or drink available! Staff were rushed but helpful and friendly. When packed it's rather noisy. Food was good; not gourmet but appropriate to price range! We enjoyed ourselves.

Good service but quality of food is very disappointed. Cheap material.sushi is much worse than those you get from Woolworths.

Looking for an affordable place to eat that has quality tasting food and great service? This was exactly what we were looking for and was glad we found it. The food’s amazing and service too. Don’t think I’ve been to another place that has this much good food for a buffet whilst at a price that is affordable

Service was not good, I booked my time online. My name was that appointment list when I got there.
I ordered a couple of food, but those foods served next table that they had not ordered any food yet.
Hard to order food again, even I ordered foods we had not got ordered foods
Okami 46 store in Australia, but service and processing is like a small local store.
There is a table number, how come they served foods other table.
I do not understand how that service works, that is why service is bad.

Not much to say, just that it really was a wonderful experience overall and highly recommend for others to try out. The service and food were great. Really excited to come back again.

Busy place, quiet street, easy parking and fare price.
Rude services, poor quality foods.
Won’t go back.

Dinner was perfect! It’s been a while since I had dinner at a restaurant and can definitely vouch for this restaurant’s consistent delivery of quality and tasty food, dedicated and polite waiters/waitresses and a calm, clean dining atmosphere. Shoutout to Jing - her service was amazing made the dining experience great.

Very hard-working staff in a very busy, packed restaurant (noisy). Food came out sporadically (inconsistently) and items were forgotten. The food is just average. Good value for the buffet price but you’re better off eating tastier food at any other Japanese restaurant. Drinks menu is good and well priced. Toilets could be much cleaner. I would never go back.

It was too salty, too sweet, and the quality of the food was poor. The staff were unfriendly. Staff were only kind when pay. I don't think I'll ever go again.

Punctual wait staff and good food cant complain will be back, a little on the expensive side but would recommend, particularly their fried chicken
