BEAT by 5% is not necessarily TRUE. I was trying to buy cricut and show Spotlights price.they said they couldn't match the price if out of stock.the following days still sale on spotlight and has stock still couldnt beat the price for VIP. Australian cricut fb group posted lots of people who were able to buy cricut machines and beat the spotlights price regardless VIP. (I supposed those big discounys are VIP which is very easy to become one.on the spot you can just sign up to be VIP to avail sale). Hopefully they are clear regarding this false claims.

Drove all the way there for a A1 high quality print. He says "oh you have to book". I asked how long it takes. "Oh about 2 minutes". Can you do it then? (Staff standing around doing nothing). He says no. Won't go there again.

Product pricing is kind of mid, but there is a pretty good selection of electronics and other digital devices.

I usually get printing done and that's always good and pretty quick.

If I'm buying stationery, generally the service at the main counter is good too but a couple of times I've been the only one there and the service has been really slow just to serve me. Maybe it's newer staff.

But overall reasonably good service.

It's a world class store. I recently bought a new surfboard here and it is excellent and was good value. Highly recommend going here if you want to buy surfboards for good value.

Returned an office chair under warranty today. Exchanged for a more expensive model. The staff on duty today were most helpful, polite, masked, carried stuff for me. I am very impressed. Well done Officeworks West Gosford staff.

What a joke, avoid this store if you can. Staff have no care for service and treat people terrible. Don't bother looking online at this store before you go their stock don't match what they have in store, unless it's the more expensive product.
