Great store! I get all my school supplies from here:) they also have an amazing art supply range, as well as a broad selection of office furniture and equipment. The staff are always really nice and happy to help: D overall would definitely recommend!

When self serve is not up to date with the most current windows and stuffs up you're document and apparently I was not the only one it happened to.

The last couple of trips to this store has been a waste of time. First, I wanted 8x10 size print on normal paper, something so simple. Was told it was going to take 24hrs to print one piece of paper. I had called up the store beforehand to check if they did 8x10 size and they said yes at self serve kiosk and that it’s instant, wrong info given to me, waste of a trip.
Secondly, wanted to get passport photos for me and the kids and was told that the printer was printing yellow, and that they were waiting on another printer. On their website it seemed so easy and doable in store, again such a waste of time going here.

Jeremy was so knowledgeable when we were looking for a laptop. He explained in details pros and cons, very honest, and went to search for anything we were interested! We needed laptop urgently so he did his best to look for the one we exactly like. Thanks Jeremy!

I placed digital print order at office works warners bay and I was met with friendly service from staff. I followed up on the phone days after placing my digital print order and was greeted by a staff member of the name of Billy on the phone.

It was during my phone call with Billy I was quickly reminded that this store indeed was in Australia. This reminder stemmed from the genuine and down to earth way Billy conversed with me on the phone. I would be shocked to think that people actually ring up this store and feel the need to be rude on the phone when office works warners bay has staff like Billy greeting them on the the ringer.

It was an absolute pleasure chatting with Billy and my enquiries were answered with ease. Great experience all around. Perfect embodiment of quality Australian customer service. Everyone’s ya mate at office works warners bay!

His customer service skills are above and beyond, multi tasking and so friendly. After helping me in store, I went on to shop and 20 mins later he was near the door as I was leaving and he remembered me by name to say good bye so good memory too

Wow talk about staff who go above and beyond. Indy and billy assisted me today with printing photos at the photo station with issues I really couldn’t get my head around. There were issues with technology during the process but nothing was too much trouble for either of them they both went above and beyond with a smile the whole time. They both are a huge asset to your store thanks again I’ll be a returning customer.

A big thank you to Megan and Eri today they are a credit to your business, I am not the world's most technically savvy person and as busy as they were they took the time to help me Megan is like my girl Friday, (which is my normal day off and is always very helpful) but had some stuff to do today and once again they were both very helpful and very professional and happy to help me.

Store manager refused to return a broken office chair that was under warranty complaining he'd "get left with chairs he didnt want or it'd just end up as landfill". Took it to another local store and returned it without context. Avoid this store if you are not also under the assumption that consumer law is optional and only valid when convenient.

Jeremy was fantastic - super efficient and helpful. THANK YOU! I rushed in to buy a replacement power cord for my Surface Pro. It's quite a unique cord. I was so grateful for the help of Jeremy in finding one quickly, so that I could use it at my presentation to 145 people that took place 15 minutes after I bought the cord! Without that cord I would have been incredibly embarrassed.

My wife and I were trying to create a photo collage. We asked a staff member if she could assist us a few times as we were unfamiliar with the computer's. They appeared to be too busy to stay and help us for any length of time, so we were left to struggle not knowing exactly what we were doing. My wife and I finally managed to create a collage using 6 photos. This process took us 2 hours. The result should have been one print containing the 6 photos. However, when we received our prints there was 6 large separate photos. I asked to speak with a manager. I explained that the girl who served us was informed that we were trying to create a (collage) containing 6 photo's. Unsatisfied with the "help" we received and the lack of care from the staff I asked for a refund which we received. We have had similar bad experiences with customer care in the past. We won't be back.

Bought a headset, was crackling out of the box, returned it. Swapped for a different headset, out of the box absolute garbage sound quality, said ANC on the box, didn't change the background noise levels and actually caused feedback when on, returned them. Swapped for a 3rd headset, different brand, they work however when I opened the box, I noticed it was RETURNED pair, no sticker on it, no charging cable in the box. This store is a raging bin fire

Went to warners bay store to buy a Microsoft surface only to be told that the one I wanted wasn’t in display and they couldn’t show me one unless I purchase it are you people for real

Officeworks at Warner’s Bay is my go-to spot for all my business, work, study, and hobby needs.
I also really enjoy the heavily-discounted products at the front of the store.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and typically not too hard find on the floor if I need any help.
Checkout speed is good, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than 2-minutes to be served.
Additionally, I’ve had staff at the register ask if I would like their help getting my items to my car; an excellent touch for customer service.

Ordered a click and collect - the website said the item was in stock. Then was sent confirmation I would be notified when it would be ready in approximately 2 hours. Later was sent an email saying sorry the item is not in stock so I wouldn't be getting the item for 5 days after my initial order. If I had know it wasn't in stock I would have gone elsewhere in the first place. I only knew all this because I rang Officeworks. First I was told I had no order. The person I spoke with just kept cutting me off and didn't let me explain and give dates etc. Quite frustrating!

Great staff and good stock supplies.
In there by the end of May 2022 check out the clearance section near the checkouts.
Always worth a visit.

Went in to buy a printer. Was unable to get assistance. Have the printers on display don't have prices attached. The stock for every printer is not on the shelf below the display model. What a waste of time. I always try purchase local, but will use ebay instead. Wont be returning to office works

Went in over the weekend to purchase a desk. I ordered one that was too big. The staff swapped it for another without a fuss. Exceptionally helpful a d couldn't ask anymore. Thank you

The staff at office works are very helpful and friendly
I had a task to do there this morning and the young ladies on the printing desk were extremely helpful

Honestly don't bother with this store, go to kotara. Greg that works at this store definitely needs to be in a different industry that does not involve people he should just work with garbage at least he will fit in.
