1245pm, 28 June 2023. Very good service by the two younger women at the service counter. Helpful and patient with a scanning/email request. Older woman working on the counter at the same time could learn much from their professionalism and friendly manner. Good work.

Friendly staff, knew exactly where to point me to find what i needed and even advised me on a cheaper deal.

I was met with extremely rude service from Sushma.
They should really tell people that not all photos are same day printing. Wasn’t impressed when they asked if I could come back later on in the week for one A3 Photo.

The perfect place to get your office stuff, printing, and all school supplies. You can not do without it.

Called in today to get some parker pen refills. The service from the young man in store was excellent. Even when i couldn't work out which refills went into which pens. He was very helpful & sorted it out immediately for me. Great service. Thank You

Not very impressed with my visit today. I asked one of the staff for help because the scanners weren't working. He asks another staff member if they're working and she said yes. He turns to me and says rudely "well, what's your issue then? That one doesn't even look like it's on" and then walked away. Over people having jobs like that when they don't even know what customer service is.

Seems to be rather low on staff laterly. But they also are not quite up to office works layout or prices much less how machines at office works are able to do. A passport photo not one person had an idea.

Absolutely disgraceful lack of service. I shopped after travelling one hour with the sole purpose of going to this store, only to be told that I could not pay in cash when I reached the register. Even if it’s just a few minutes before 7pm, why stay open and not inform me when I entered, that my cash would not be accepted. How ridiculous, and to make it worse they couldn’t care less.

Poor staff, not willing to help at all, missed out on the sale of tablet and laptop to purchase at Harvey Norman where staff were actually going to listen and help

Would have been 5 stars but couldn't make my purchase. Head office rang and said i could use openpay and do a split payment instore only yet instore they took my $7 and then said they couldn't do a split payment. Yet to get my $7 back and had to spend $14 more through Kogan and Humm.

I ordered my sons school supplies online for click and collect to save me time, ended up being 5 trips to the wagga store and up t0 20 minute waits while a team member tried to find my order. No sorry for any inconvenience. Next year I will be shopping else where

Incredible service at this store. Accidentally left the power supply for a portable HD behind, which was to be used to obtain photos for a funeral, the manager went beyond the call of duty, when they didn't have one in the store he organised and lent his own personal power supply from his house. Can not thank him enough, brilliant service and would recommend this store to anyone

Walked in and said I wanted to print a MSWord Doc. They failed to tell me they couldn't. Instead they vaguely motioned towards the machines that print photos. When I tried to ask for their assistance they were too busy talking on their mobile phone. After some time some assistance arrived and they said they couldn't print MSWord docs. I asked for my money back and they asked for my credit card. Why? I paid in cash!

Would give one star if it wasn't for the female Manger/Supervisor. She is fantastic and always happy to help. Unfortunately her colleagues let the business down. Not very helpful and everything seems a hassle especially behind the desk. Will try again at a later date but for now it's a no.

Its a great place to find just about everything you need for either your home office or work place. It's a business you can trust

What they don't have in stock they get quickly. I've bought a big range of items there. Staff are always super friendly and accommodating. Never had an issue with their service and products.

Amazing thermal binding service with super fast turn around. The guys there are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, you should be proud of your team:)
