Was assisted by Daniel who immediately try to find a suitable ink refill for a sentimental pen, it was a bit tricky to find the identical refill however with a few attempts found one that worked. Amazing customer service skills
was exceptional, very grateful. Thank you

Poor assistance all round, went to the middle kiosk to print. Some documents ended up charging me double but didn’t spit out any paper after standing for about 10 minutes watching staff walk buy, I try to signal down they just look at you and keep walking, I then move to another kiosk, with which charged me again print my documents, grab some other items and went to the front counter now I made this issue aware to the gentleman at the front counter, and after I had notified that I’ve been charged more than what I needed. He advised he was going to get someone to have a look at the machine. I wasn’t offered a refund for the additional money I was out, I.paid for my goods and left. Poor customer service.will not be back.

Very poor customer service. No staff attending costumers collecting click and collect order took. Had to look for staff for help and even after that took so long: (Whats the point of doing C&C?

A small shop with limited stock. Particularly if you are looking for PC and laptop computers.

Impossible to get any assistance with anything - I went in to purchase a full office setup - chair, desk, computer, printer etc and no one was at all interested in helping, or even making eye contact. I eventually just left - will take my money elsewhere ‍️

Went to get a passport photo taken. Staff standing around doing nothing and was told that they didn't have anyone trained to do it.

It's a passport photo and it is a service listed on your website that you are meant to be able to provide.

Extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with there lack of customer service have never been treated so poorly so after going to Harvey Norman for a new phone they were fantastic don’t waste your time go straight to Harvey Norman when purchasing a new phone outright.

Great place to go if you don’t want to be hassled by sales staff because these guys won’t come anywhere near you or acknowledge your existence.

I went to print one photo. I went @ 7: 40 & the machines hadn’t even been turned on. I waited 4 minutes. I then asked the same sour looking faced girl (who turned them on) to do it over the counter. She was told by another staff member to press the button again. I paid via my card & pressed counter service. No receipt printed. Got the same girl. She printed the receipt & told me to scan it at self serve. I stated I didn’t ask for self serve. Scanned it 3 times. Stood at the counter. I knew she could see me, but didn’t want to know. Eventually other lady got it going behind the counter. All up for one photo I was there for half an hour with very poor customer service. Two things I’d like to suggest. 1. Turn machines on @ 7am. 2. Smile, I was in customer service for 30 years. Even if you don’t want to. It’s part of your job if you want customers to return. I won’t be.

I purchased a office chair today thisW Wednesday and was severed by your Staff member Dan. Dan went above and beyond in his customer service he even offered to take to the car but my got it in. Dan has a lovely nature and great smile he works at Tuggerah Office Works can you please give him a shout out Thank You Belinda Neilsen

Ordered a banner - materials were out of stock, nobody let us know so they said it can be refunded, tried to organise refund and told that we need to return to the store again, to bring back the incorrect banner (logo, branded banner of use to nobody) to do this. Terrible experience.

Staff here are rude, condescending and the place is always filthy and never has any of the advertised stock on the shelves. Never going back.

Purchased a 400 dollar modem, got home all to find that there was no power adapter. I rang the store and explained the problem, they said "oh sorry someone has probably taken it out" who on earth takes an adapter out of a box and puts it back on the shelf to be sold with the security device on it preventing it from being opened. Obviously a stuff member has done it. Stupidity at it best! Terrible customer service, never going back

No one answers the phone, very unprofessional. With the money they make you'd think they could employ someone to answer the phone. Extremely slack, bad business. Will go elsewhere to purchase computer equipment. I give them no stars, but couldn't post without selecting one. Poor

Ordered a print on the 17th of December and still waiting. Staff had no idea about my order and told me to call head office. Head office had no idea and told me to call the office works tuggerah. Both told me they would call me back.nothing.terrible customer service.

Wow, bait advertising at it's best! 32" Monitor $277. No stores in stock, alternative is nearly 3x more expensive!

We spent an hour at the shop with so many questions about projectors and Ty was very patient and professional explaining all the details about it.

Her ability to assist me was outstanding as I had a difficult document to print due to a high level of security and Sophie managed to manouvre to enable it to be printed. So pleasant and outstanding customer service

Customer service at this shop is non existent.
Employees don’t look happy, there is no one free to assist with customer queries on the floor and employees lack customer service skills. As someone who looks after customer experience in a large company in Australia, this shop needs improvements.
