Staff have mastered the art of completely ignoring customers. Customers walking around clearly looking for help while staff continue to appear busy moving boxes or keeping heads down.

It seems like at this officeworks, the only qualifications for working in the printing section are mastering the art of rudeness and perfecting the "completely uninterested" look in your job description. I can't recall a single positive interaction, and I usually exit the store with the delightful feeling of being a burden.

It is an excellent shopping experience at Office works. No surprises, helpful staff and extensive range.

Its very well stocked for all of the items you may need, from stationery to tech to artist, and then some. Opening hours for busy people

There is bad customer service from the shop assistants, specifically from shop assistant Tom. He did not like my age and my question. I asked about the student discount because I am studying at Tafe at the moment. He was gossiping about me with his colleague in front of me. It is unprofessional. It is shame for you Tom. You should improve your professional skills as a worker.

Whenever I come here the poor guys are over worked and there is never any staff to help at the printers. Today one young staff member was just about in tears with no one to help her. It's absolutely terrible. Please do something about it.

Yesterday I went to Officeworks Taren Point where I usually find it difficult to do transactions with most staff dipping thre heads and going the opposite way- but to my surprise a young girl called Gracie attended to me so quickly and professionally I couldnt believe it I bought an Ipad and a keyboard for my Grandaughter and I was amazed at this young ladies speed and efficiency she even was in contact over the phone with staff in the rear storage are who picked the items and brough them to the desk-She has completely changed my perception of officeworks and I commend her commitment considering she was all of 15 or 16-Thanks Gracie

Poor customer service, photo printing only works about half the time, other times there's no paper, or there's streaks. Printer bought from here stopped working after 1 month and staff not helpful. Tried calling their customer service number as well and was on hold for 30 minutes.

If you want to be humiliated as a customer try and make a return at officeworks Taren Point - Staff will ridicule you and demean you in front of other customers - you will regret going into to shop.

It’s a joke, absolute joke, asked for getting a desk down from a shelf and got sent away to different parts of store multiple times, never leaving any money at office works

I give 1 star to the people who decided to put the horrible incoherent and confusing printing system. Just to be clear, your team members are fantastic and tried their best. But your actual functionality is terrible. Online app sucks big time and times out so quickly you can't even find the photo you are looking for.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had as a customer ANYWHERE.

Rude and uncooperative staff. The lady behind the print service desk on 13/10/22 was just about as rude as anyone I've ever encountered in my life. Refused to answer any questions just slammed down a sign in front me. There was no direction from any of the staff since most of their self-service machines were down, no signs, no help. The lady huffed and puffed when I showed her my documents and slammed a sign in front of me and walked off then refused to answer simple procedure questions I had about the process.

Just a disgusting level of service. My office is 350m away but after that experience I will never deal with officeworks ever again.

Very fast click and collect service. I have placed multiple online orders over the past few months and have received notification that my orders were ready within minutes. Thanks guys for great service. Nice, friendly and very helpful people working at this store. Great range of art supplies and very clean store.

I had a problem today printing a photo from my phone to frame. Staff member Makayala immediately came to suggest a suitable format, took considerable time to show me then gave me suitable framing for alternatives. I was very grateful for her help and left with photos & frame to choose the more suitable for my home - wonderful service thanks to Makayala

Never get anything printed here especially posters the work done is absolutely appalling $55 dollars for a poster hand prints all over it and white marks that where definitely not in the file I uploaded this place is disgraceful I could have printed it at home in better quality for a 100th of the price

I recently visited this store and dealt with Jess in print and copy. She was extremely kind and helpful and got my order completed in no time. Would visit again

The so called Technology Manager Caitlin in the store is very RUDE and IGNORANCE. Trying to price match an item from Amazon, she said it is Officeworks policy NOT to price match any third party sellers from Amazon.com.au, but directly from their website, in addition to the policy published on their website. She was so ignorance that she claimed Officeworks does not price match with grey import (WRONG!) as they do not have the warranty by ACCC (INCORRECT again). And she was yelling to me that I am not listening to her as a student. I tried to voice match with her and she said I was yelling to her. When she challenged me that if I know what does grey import mean, I said yes then she was speechless and asked me to leave. When I say is she a manager of duty or store manager, she said yes, but after further clarification, she said she was the technology manager only. No customer service skills at all. Probably my Asian appearance gave her the impression that I can be bullied? Please avoid as there are other Officeworks stores with competent staff.
