Poor customer service. From displaying items that are not in stock, to spending over an hour trying to weasel out of a price match. The customer service is really bad. If I could give a zero, I would.

Good quality office and home hardware and software. Phones, printers, computers, laptops, surveillance cameras and much more

Online site time wasting. Still didn't get my order in due to my address not being recognised even though I'm paying up front

Don't even ask to get anything printed. There is one old rude sour faced lady who bites your head off If you need help.

Jenny from Officeworks Tamworth was absolute fantastic. She understood my needs and assisted with everything she could. I received the printing in a timely manner and I could not be more happy with the service provided. Absolutely wonderful and will continue to get all my printing and office needs from this store. Worst service in Australia and there pricing match policy is a cop out if i could rate less it would be a zero from a long term customer. Never again office works

Always full of Stock and the customer service there is great. Use for work so ordering online and getting delivered is a great time saver.

Some staff were trying their best to be helpful and friendly which for me was an above and beyond considering I was a first timer the service was way better than other Officeworks stores I had visited recently.

The welcoming staff is very good, she was very helping but the women on payment counter was very rude and in rush. I emailed the documents but she just diverted me to self print counter in a very rigid way. If am using staff print method to print I am also paying more. How can she refuse my chosen way of getting print outs if both are made by the store.

The staff are always lovely, always friendly and an extra special thankyou to them for always helping me and accommodating my ADiT Aeryn. Thankyou guys, youre always amazing <3

They do not know what they are talking about when it comes to computers.
I went in to help a friend look for a computer, and the salesperson completely mislead her. He honestly looked a fool when I questioned his statements. Avoid for computers.

Witnessed absolutely horrible treatment of two young trainee girls by two male members of staff who ought to be ashamed of themselves. I don't care how quickly you want to serve people, you let yourselves and your store down by speaking rudely to them and showing very little skill in terms of customer service and basic manners towards your customers. Spent over $300 here and wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Poor staff management I was sold a laptop here that I was told I could you for gaming and I can't even run one game on it I ask for a refund and was refused do not recommend

From the first second the greeters are bright and friendly seem to know where everything is that’s reassuring also they have kept the bathroom open which is a big plus for anyone with a disability like mine floor staff are very helpful wide range of products fairly reasonable prices it’s always clean and tidy

First of all a massive well done to the staff.amazing customer service, always polite, smiling and happy to help.secondly the fencing up during country music is a brilliant idea.to know that there is a car park just for the customers and not have to worry about it being filled with visitors for the country music festival like every other car park in town is.it makes it so much easier and safer for parents with young children also to be able to park near the front door of the store and not have to walk a mile crossing busy roads and dodging traffic racing around.to know i could park close to the store and walk from the car into the store and back to the car with 3 young children and than loads of school shopping with the 3 children and not have to worry about dodging cars racing around fighting for parking spots, it made my shopping experience so much easier and safer.it is such a brilliant idea to keep not only customers but team members safe as well.keep up the great work

Based on today with fencing all around store and no pedestrian access from main street and a poor attitude by manager, when advised that not everyone drives to store and should not have to enter store where cars are. Poor poor customer relations training

First of all let me rate welcoming staff as 5 star. Generally the staffs are very cooperative and available to help without any hesitation. Then next service for their printing and coping and it's quite cheaper than anywhere in the town.
