Officeworks Orange reviews
23Manager refused quite rudely to replace a $300 pack of ink cartridges sold to me when I bought a HP printer from them. The sales person sold me the wrong ink pack, 955XL instead of 965XL and I had no idea until the initial cartridges ran out. I run a small business and will now attempt to purchase all my office supplies elsewhere.
Thsnk you so much Ben for your outstanding service, today. No doubt you are such an asset to Orange Office Works store. Thank you very much. Greatly appreciated.
Today my son Jutin and I were shopping for erasers this morning and ordered it for pick up. I arrived and there was no one there to help me and said that the order wasn’t made. My husband Mr East is a single father.
God bless.
Big thumbs up to Jess in the copier section this arvo Orange store 20/11/2022 who went above and beyond to help me locate a lost receipt for a faulty laminator. You are awesome.
Color printing is terrible quality: colors are all darkened, as if a negative contrast had been applied
Completely useless, staff have no idea of there products, told them I need a phone with Wi-fi calling as I live on a property with no service, I was assured by the staff that the 347$ phone I was buying had it but as I said before the staff have no idea at all an the phone doesn't have Wi-fi calling
Note: This review relates to Officeworks online, NOT the Orange store:
Wow! Officeworks really are the gold standard in appalling customer service. I ordered a $2,000 printer that was going to take 7-10 days to be delivered. So far, so good. The 10 days passed and no delivery. I checked the tracking, nothing had even started. I gave it another week, still nothing, but also no communication to say what was happening. Finally, after a month and further unanswered messages, I managed to raise someone in an online chat. They could offer no advice about where the printer was, or when it would be delivered, so I cancelled the order and will not use officeworks again.
Need to hire more staff please. Has been waiting for service at counter 15min. Other staff saw me and walk away. Only one staff working at counter.
Never ever have anything they advertise on sale, in stock. I am so frustrated when I eventually find a retail assistant to help, they still don't know when the items are coming in.
Why force people to drive here when they can't get what they've seen online.
Lots of products for the home or office to be found at reasonable prices and generally very helpful staff
I was sceptical about the price match policy. I had found a phone that was identical to the one for sale from another Australian retailer on line at a cheaper price. It was matched and an extra 5% knocked off for good measure. Pleasantly surprised. Thanks.
This shop is hopeless with their click and collect. This happened to my family FOUR TIMES! I ordered items online for the company I work for then get an order number with a date when the items would be ready for pick up. It says Officeworks Orange will send me an SMS for confirmation that it is ready for pick up. That day came and I've been waiting for the SMS and nothing went the following day and they make you wait because they are just putting your orders together. Another time my husband left a lift of school items that my child's school gave to us and the staff suggested that we come back the following day and it would be ready for us to collect. Came the following day and again they haven't put it all together.
Come on Officeworks Orange pick up your game otherwise get rid of this click and collect thing is it seems you are too slack to do it.
I had problem with new laptop. Turned out to be user error however Debbie and Luke were extremely helpful in resolving this for me promptly and patiently over the phone. Very grateful for the professional excellent service!
I called the store to make enquiries about some printing I needed doing, and phone rang for over 10 minute a before getting spmeone to answer the phone
Customer service is a joke, purchased two desks today, asked two male staff members to help put them on a trolley, they said they couldnt help because they were busy. Turns out they were busy watching me put two desks on a trolley by myself, also wouldnt help load desks into 4wd either. Not sure what they are employed for, today it was self serve. Very very poor
Ok prices, big store. Staff don't help you like other stores, you will have to chase them down if you need any help and even then they aren't too helpful outside of helping you find things.
Ignorant staff member - bad service when trying to buy a product. Completely incorrect signage on product wanted to purchase. After the experience didn't waste any more time and went to Harvey Norman instead
Terrible customer service, rude staff that obviously don't want to be there. I left the store as I did not want to spend my money there, I drove to the Bathurst store where, from the minute I walked in the door, I was treated like a valued customer, the staff in the Bathurst store provided brilliant customer service and valued information on the product. It is definitely worth driving to Bathurst, do not shop in the Orange store.
The staff were very helpful shame the photo lab lets them down. Bring on the new Fuji machines.but.what with them not reading CDs
Staff at Marketown Officeworks are significantly more attentive than Orange staff. Had to search out a staff member, only to find four staff all together having a chat. The fellow on checkout was very helpful.
