Officeworks Mulgrave

Lots of helpful staff. Also some very lazy staff. 9/1/24 I bought a HP laptop after been told by tech salesperson it would be ok for Google Chrome turns out it couldn't handle it well so it was virtually useless for Chrome. So needless to say I had to return it. I still appreciate the help a staff member who helped set it up. But the guy on the phone shouldn't have sold it to me in the first place. So I recommend being careful purchasing laptops

Location serves community need but often they are low on stock - especially on technology items

Needed to do a bit of printing, Georgia the staff member was amazingly helpful made it very easy and made sure we wanted was to perfection. Doing a great job will shop here again

The counter service was shocking if they don’t want to work leave give someone a chance who want to be there, no reason for bad service,
This is the first time I have experienced this at Office Works,

This Officeworks is an extension to my office. I live nearby and visit the store often. Friendly staff but could do with more staff.

The staff at this store are amazing l had my Mothers funeral booklet done in early January they were amazing and so quick thanks girls for making a stressful time very easy

Your price matching T's and C's need better advertising. Don't tell customers over the phone one thing and another when they get to the checkout. I wasted my time coming there the other day.

Attended Officeworks McGraths Hill purely to purchase a Blaupaunt 55" Android TV.stock was available, staff were helpful and assisted me to load the item into my vehicle. Great price, happy with purchase.

I wanted to enquire whether a laptop was in stock. After waiting for some time amount of time, it was clear no one was available. I approached an older male employee and said “excuse me”. He snapped back “I’m with a customer. What do you want? ” I said some customer service. He yelled to someone to help but no one came… ever. So we left. It didn’t appear particularly busy.

We are right next door, and use them for all our office supplies and needs. Friendly and efficient services at all times.

I am disabled & I have Parkinson's Disease.
I walked into Officeworks Mulgrave 19 November 2022 at approximately 13: 00 to purchase some ink for my printer & a small USB flash drive.
I'd had a big day my legs were failing me the staff noticed me struggling & helped me.
Great staff I can't thank them enough for there help.
I'll definitely shop here again.

Went there after driving 40km to buy a item which was showing in stock online but after reaching, the staff told me it is not in stock.

This store is AMAZING, from the products to the service to the accessibility. I always receive consistent and outstanding service from the lovely people here, in the printing section, in the service section.it’s always a delight. I would highly recommend Declan, luke, callum, Alyah, georga. They always go above and beyond for you. Even when they are really busy and under the pump (which is mostly) the team here serves you with a smile. I brought my daughters laptop in the other day and even thought it was out of warranty they still did the best they could to help me out. And I don’t mind waiting in long lines or waiting a few minutes, the service is worth it. They’re trying their best. I’ve read these reviews and some of them are just ridiculous, people need to grow up.

Ample parking. Nice staff, absolutely horrid store. How a company became as big as Office Works with stock control that bad is beyond me. Intentionally confusing layout that not even the staff can navigate. Often understocked despite what the website says. Want something from out the back? Hope you brought a snack, it'll be about 20 minutes, if they have it.

Had one worker Gunjan who needs more training. Didn't know how there self service print & copy services work and blatantly lied to me. Thankfully all the other staff at Office works Mulgrave are fantastic and know there jobs who were more than happy to take their time to help me and explain how their self serve print & copy services work. Other than Gunjan, fantastic helpful staff and a great team.

We generally use this Officeworks store. Good, easy parking facilities. We experienced excellent customer service from Callum during our visit yesterday. He guided us through our various purchases and offered good advice in a patient manner. Thank you:)

This is the worst Officeworks I have ever been to. I was not helped with the printer I was after then I was also sent home to order it online which is unavailable online after apparently they checked it online.just a terrible experience of customer service its like the staff have no idea on what they are doing. And they have not answered the phone once.

Really impressed with Jacquelin at the printing desk who was able to assist me in a frantic situation and allowed it to be done smoothly, professionally and thoughtful! Appreciated the service and made me feel content with the process.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this officeworks…. Worst store ever, you spend over 1000 on laptop and they won’t even replace it because it has to be sent off for repairs, when the counter staff say that can be over ride by management and he won’t. So I lose weeks of work because as the manger. Said laptops play up… thanks mate

Had to go there three times in 3 days. Only one staff member took the time to really help me. Matt, had excellent customer service skills and was genuinely interested in helping me. The various other staff, were in experienced and made me feel like I inconvenienced them for asking for help. Thanks Matt, I appreciate nice people like yourself. Merry Xmas.
