I needed 2 A1 Board Mounted Posters for my daughters 1st Birthday party and was having trouble doing it online due to the template I bought not fitting into the correct size. Carla from this store was super helpful and was able to carry out what I needed done through phone and emails as I was an hour away and was difficult for me to go in store. She made everything work the way I asked and did it promptly. You made the whole process super easy for me and I appreciated the time you put in, Thank you for your help

Once great service is now an act of appalling desperation. Walked in today needing help to buy a significantly priced gift and for 25 minutes, nobody gave me a glance. Walked out in disgust at the poor service.

S*** staff who lack in knowledge, wasted an hour and a half to print 1 A4 picture and eventually left with no results, in future go to big W across the road inside the shopping center

As I write this, Greater Sydney has 2 COVID cases (BBQ husband and wife). Our "greeting" at the store was to put a (free provided) mask on. The sign at the door says the government has mandated this, but Mittagong is NOT part of greater Sydney, and looking at every surrounding store (inc ServiceNSW and across the road at BigW) NO ONE IS WEARING MASKS. There is no danger here currently and it made my shop stressful. Get your corporate policy sorted Officeworks!

Disgraceful. In all of my years I have never encountered such a lack of respect or assistance. It is best that you close down, Sadly there is no opportunity to leave negative star ratings

Printing staff are nice but obviously in need of more training. Only one staff on while the other stands around unsure of what to do. Training needed desperately to help with customers.

While waiting in a queue early this afternoon, I overheard a gentleman ask the sales person at the counter.do you sell reconditioned mobile phones? She very politely replied, no sir, I'm sorry we don't.
So where can I get one, he asked? Try Phone spot in Bowral.
Why don't you sell 2 nd hand phones?
I'm sorry sir, I don't know, was the patient reply.
So does the phone spot in Bowral have some in stock now, he asked?
Sir, I work here at.officeworks and I know our stock, but I don't know what the store in Bowral has in stock.

Very poor service.over staffed while none of them give a toss about the customer. There's like over 8 tellers and only ever one open I've seen the line half way up the shop and seeing the employees giggle about it.

Very helpful and attentive staff, help me out even just before 1 min of their closing time with happy faces.:)

After checking the stock market on my computer I realised I could be doing this outside under my pergola watching my farm hands working on my 1 acre farm in Burradoo actually but to do that I need a laptop! So I get into my Range Rover and head straight for Office Works. Terrific store and people I mentioned I lived in Burradoo actually and they could not have been more helpful to help a farmer get a new laptop. Great service, people and price but when you are me that part is of little consequence.

Very disappointed that for 3 years I have been enlarging scale model plans at mittagong office works with no problems, and today my partner was told that they cant do it anymore, well it means that I will take my business to another store and one where the staff smile.

Went in on Sunday 15/12/2019 to pick up an item we called about the day before, the price was agreed upon by a nice guy called Josh. Went in and asked at the counter to pick up the item. The woman called Judy went to charge me the wrong price, I tried to explain to her we had spoken to someone the day before and the price was set, she kept talking over me loudly, she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and made out I was a nuisance and called someone else down to check as if I was lying all the while there were people behind me watching. In the end they said I was right in which she then started sucking up and had the nerve to wish me a Merry Christmas. The first and last time I enter or deal with that store. Very bad customer experience.

A big shout out to Rhys (Manager) of your Mittagong store who has gone above and beyond to help me after a pretty disappointing experience with the Newcastle store his never give up attitude and customer service is a credit to not only his store but to Officeworks in general this store is 3 hours from me and he has been amazing keeping in contact with me I cant speak more highly of Rhys thank you

Ordered a product that was very costly a week ago, got told it’ll arrive in 2 days, it’s still not in, and the staff are no help at all trying to chase it up. It’s very frustrating.

I went along to Officeworks to buy a new home office printer. I had a look at a few printers and then asked a lady named Tanya for some help. She was excellent. She knew lots of information, took the time to explain it thrououghly and then recommended the best product to suit my needs. Very good customer service.

Exceptionally, routinely poor service!
Avoid this place. Non returning customer!
Try Office choice in Cavendish st. Pricing is much more competitive and the service is excellent.
