Had the most amazing customer service today from a young girl Mikayla in the printing department Thank you for just being nice & kind.

Djon helped with lots of information about ipads and tablets.
He was friendly efficient and knowledgeable.
He helped me make a hard decision on what to buy and i am so thankful!
Great customer service will definitely come back again.

Staff are AMAZING! I had the pleasure of getting the help from Mykela this evening and she went above and beyond to assist me! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so impressed and so grateful for her help! She was wonderful.

Excellent service from the staff at Lismore Officeworks. They helped me load a large printer onto a trolley and made sure I had the right one.
There was a minor and rare mix-up with an item I'd purchased online for pickup and they didn't shift blame, make me fell stupid or come up with excuses. They apologised and sorted the issue out very quickly.

I'd like to thank the lovely lady that helped me today. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Just experienced some really cynical and poor attitude behaviour from one very unhelpful old female employee who should be sent back to customer relations training school or dismissed! Come on Lismore Officeworks, step up. Sunday July 16th.

Friendly and stocking everything you need. Parking in the ground floor, lift or stairs up to the shop floor.

Was in desperate need to replace smashed mobile. Young fellow, Djoe (?) Soughted me perfectly. Even put old sim into new phone, which I never would have found the slot for. Great young man.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Staff were great and helped me buy a laptop. Shoutout to Nick for helping me buy an excellent laptop that is still working!

Today Kyle gave me his time to explain the benefits of each phone so I could confidentially pick the right new phone for me.

And Kelly was extremely thorough with ensuring books that I needed printing where correct.

Excellent above and beyond service from all staff especially Jackson. He helped with advice and moving an office chair.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
The range is extensive and we'll priced.

The front staff lady when I arrived she wasn't helpful at all. I asked where can i get my documents printed out then she directed me to the other direction and the staff in the printed area asked me not to touch the computer ahh.then i come back to the front staff again to asked the same question then i can see how her face changed to really annoyed and grumpy. She just ruined my day. She supposed to help me

Went into Lismore branch to check out iPhone 13 pro, asked 3 times for help, each time asked to wait, after 15 minutes of standing in front of the locked phones and no staff returning to help, we left the store.

Nice vibes at lismore officesworks. Staff very friendly and helpful, i got a laptop with a price matching and it was a super good deal!

Not enough staff and have to wait too long for goods to be bought up from storage area. That must be at another town it seems.

This store never, ever, ever answer the phone. If you ring multiple times they just take the phone off the hook or hang up on you. They are impossible to communicate with.
Rubbish.

One of the most helpful and friendly businesses in town. Nothing is too hard. Very very good when you make a mistake and want to return something. Opening hours are super useful. Great parking.

Every second time I get here I'm in for a mental breakdown. They expect you to do all your print work on the self serve machine which is utterly faulty and time wasting. If you ask for help they'll make you feel you're bothering them. Managed to get 30 pictures printed after one hour.
Some old under trained staff not best fit for something you're required confidence in using conputers.

I'm surprised to see that others rate the service. I asked a gent for assistance looking at computer monitors today. He advised he couldn't assist but would have someone with me "in a minute". I waited 15, no-one came. I won't be back.
