Easy in and out with knowledgeable staff and a Willingness for assistance. We had time to drowse around, but staff were available when needed. Amazing pen collection that you get to test on pad paper supplied. A nice, novel experience.

The worst customer service. Employee talking over the phone and doesnt care about the job. The girl has done a wrong job and when told that she was like you can find out whats wrong and come back again. I have paid and wasted my time. Thanks to officeworks. I would recommend a local shop.

I just don’t understand why do they have the worst customer service. No matter what you need from them it’s always painful for them. The photo printer never works properly and takes ages to do whatever you need to do.

Unimpressed with customer service this morning. Only customer in the store for a print job and get told to self serve or 24h booked. Nature of print I can’t do self serve. Interesting they could print 12 copies only 2 days ago but today couldn’t even print 1 copy. Staff training is clearly lacking.

Terrible customer service from a lady named Rebekah and then she started talking about me to her colleague just because I wanted help with copying. Very rude.
Luckily got help from another team member.

Recently received the greatest service from Art here! Would highly recommend shopping at this store:)

Remember to look for bargains down the centre also clearance items on the shelves, so keep a look out. Good variety of stationary and electronic good, plus office furniture.

Great shop, well stocked and friendly staff. Difficult to drive into the driveway, not well marked (too easy to drive into next door's driveway)

I went with looking for fantales and fruit mentos. The website said they were in stock, but they weren't on the shelves. Tamara (an absolute legend) got some fantales off the top of the shelf, and she searched for the missing mentos for half an hour for me. With no luck, she offered to call another store to ask them to reserve a bag for me. She is a legend. I hope you find the missing mentos!

Staff more interested in finishing off unrelated conversations with each other as checkout queue continued to grow longer. Helpful service provided after frustrating wait.

While the service here at Kotara is generally nice, on large scale prints they have a habit of changing aspects of your print without telling you, printing on different paper, changing sizes etc, without telling you this. This is particularly bad as they will not tell you whether or not this have been changed, even when you paid for higher quality materials beforehand, leaving you paying for services they do not fulfill. Otherwise the quality is adequate.

Terrible service, have been trying to get someone to refund a double order I did online to collect at the store as I don’t need two of the same things and both head office and the store are delaying my refund due to what seems like laziness. Called the store to request refund and was told they would do it. Still waiting for a refund! And young man was very rude and unhelpful. Will never shop there again.

Called up to put an ipad on hold. Was told it was on hold for 24 hours. Got in store after a half hour drive 7 hours later and it had been sold on me, even though it was on hold. Very unprofessional

Absolutely could not ask for lovelier, more intelligent or more patient and helpful staff. A wide variety of fantastic items and all sorts of excellent novelties for people old and young. All groups welcome, great specials, open at very useful times and always cleaned to perfection by the very swaggy, if I may say so myself, cleaning staff. I'd like to imagine I've saved money by my time here, but if anything this place is so good I be losing money on the regular for their great service and collection of items. Thank you again to Randall, who helped me this evening, absolute top bloke. Keen to hear about the situation with the Queen's Ink!

Can you update you're opening hours online! Just got here and it closed 2hours earlier than what's online! Very annoying.

If there were 10 stars I would choose all 10. Congratulations to the young lady who served me in the photo lab this morning. I think her name was Julie or Juliet. Me not being tech savvy she helped me re produce a very small photo that was taken in 1933. She was ever so helpful and a credit to the store. Thank you so much.

Don’t appreciate asking clearly if what I was buying was nbn compatible and being told yes, only to find that it wasn’t. Know your products!

It's a shame my friend Xavier couldn't print photos for his ailing grandparents but the team member named ETHAN was very helpful. VERY HAPPY

I needed my photos to be printed and they asked me to do it as a self service. Although I did get the job done but the staff were rude and not helpful with how the self serve machines work.
I am pretty sure no one knows how to use those machines from the beginning so the least is the staff helping the costumers understand how the machines work.

Always have lots of stock and their price match policy is excellent. Do your homework and save. The attitude and service of the staff at Kotara is excellent.
