Rude staff who didn’t seem to understand that her job was to assist customers. Terrible customer service, one star is generous.

Indian Lady was so rude, not only with me but also with other customers. Her attitude was very bad, seems she hate her job.

Spent 30 minutes trying to get anyone’s attention so I could purchase a MacBook. No luck so left and price matched at JB-HIFI. Staff don’t care

Never print photos here again. I spent solid 1 hour 30 minutes for nothing. Paid for the services, the system didnt print.
Tried again 3 times and finally it was printing. Waited again then the staff gave me blank photos. Wasted my time totally.

I wanted to buy a Canon mobile printer they had one on display. None in stock and could not tell me when they could get one. Why waste my time checking prices etc if you have no idea when u can get stock.

I requested a comparison of two phone brands, The sales consultant was arrogant and needed to have the last word. Patronising customers as ‘I know better” and “you know nothing’ is a dismal sales strategy. The most extraordinary sales encounter I’ve ever experienced.

Poor service. Critically short-staffed and the little staff they have are rude and would very obviously rather be somewhere else. They also ignore you as if they’re wanting someone else to deal with whatever it is you want to ask about.

Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for no one to assist us at the laptops. Was planning to buy one but jb hi fi has better workers that actually assist customers

This is a great store. I had to take in a computer for a warranty claim this week but had lost the receipt. Ashish found the purchase record from last year in the system and was able to process the claim. Super helpful, great customer service. Very glad I bought my computer from Officeworks Fairy Meadow

Great store. Needs more staff. They're usually friendly but you can't expect them all to be when they're constantly being harassed by customers to help with the most basic of things.

However completely lacks in customer service and basic training of new staff.
Visited the store at obviously a very busy time with no one around to request help from.
So I took the initiative to research my products at home.
Returned later in the day and the store, it was definitely quiter! Sill no help on offer though.
I managed to my products and continued to the register, the poor cashier's had no idea what was going on. There was no barcode on one of my products so the cashier asked me how much it was and was going to put it through. It would have been great if there was a product in my empty box! I told them that my product should be behind the desk. Of which neither of the staff could find and told me they were out of stock, and I could do a click and collect order.
I told them not to worry as the website and amount of boxes that were there clearly resembled there was stock.
Eventually I found a staff member on the floor who I requested help from. They clarified the item was in stock and got it out of the cupboard that was behind the cashier's for me. This staff member also lacked in customer service and leadership they didn't even show the poor cashier's where the product was. I pointed to the cupboard for them just incase they needed to find the product at a laster date! The cashier's did apologies for the mix up which I appreciate.
I understand that its school holidays and young people are gaining employment which is great! However the store needs to ensure they have support and a little extra training/ help/motivation from more senior knowledgeable staff.

Just spent ninety minutes in the store trying to print some photos before my daughter returns to the USA tomorrow. Nothing worked and it was a complete embarrassment of a service. Someone else in the Gong needs to take up the challenge of offering an efficient and accessible photo printing service

Don't waste your time.absolute zero service. In fact I felt like I was in the way while shopping for me monitors. Order online from eBay or Amazon.

Went to this store to buy an iPhone early in the morning. Stood at the iphone stand for 25 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Try to get peoples attention and they just ignored me. There was nobody else in the store, so they were not busy. I ended up leaving. This is the 3rd time I have been to this store to buy something and not been able to get assistance. The customer service is very poor.

I'm very sorry for inconveniencing the dark haired older women in the printing section. I got 750 black and white pages printed and after I received huffing and puffing and an angry attitude, I could tell my service wasn't wanted here but unfortunately my bosses asked me to get these printed soz. An easy $111 was enough for you as you told me the last document of 250 pages was too much and you can't load the machine up for this many pages and to come back another day. Yes sure I'll just come back tomorrow. I think I'll write out those 250 pages with a pen thanks.

The other staff members were great.

Customer service is terrible. Went looking for phone cases and the kid couldn’t have been any less helpful. Pointed to a wall of jumbled up cases and said he couldn’t help because it was to big a mess to spend his time going through then went back to cutting up boxes.

Only one wireless powerbank found. Used to be more years ago. No help from occupied, too few staff. Prices seem higher than expected.

Slow, disappointing-30min and que jumpers, still no service. Just walked out

Walked in to print one photo. First two machines failed to work. Added the photo on the 3rd. Ask to take pay, machine wasn’t working. Asked to take the receipt to the counter, however the machine would not print. Next there’s two lines. No social distancing. In the line for 30 min. One person was taken from the back of the line to the counter, another person jumped the line. Staff was extremely slow. Just had to leave and print else where. Thumbs up to Big W Dapto. Ordered two chairs online including $49.95 delivery Then wanted to add two stools to the order and told i would have to pay another $49.95 even though it shows that they would both be delivered on the same day.
