I purchases a monitor from them a while back and not long the monitor broke on its own.i gave it back to them for repairs as it was still under warranty and it took them much longer than what they told me at first.then after months of waiting i got t back but this time without the power cable.after trying to contact them in many ways and being ghosted by staff multiple times i was finally bale to reach a staff member.they tried looking for it but they said that the monitors company did not send it back and they told me to contact them. I contacted the company and after hours on the phone they eventually said that they would contact Officeworks about this.office works then told me that they would contact me if they found it and if they didn't they would replace one for me but after many months of waiting Officeworks still have not made a single try to reach out to me.the service there is very slow and the staff got me to wait for long periods of time up to an hour long whenever i hod to pick something up or give the monitor back to them for repairs. Now i am stuck with a very expensive monitor that after testing with a power cable of my own, i have also been able to come to the conclusion that it was also never fixed in the first place as after many months of waiting, it is indeed still Brocken.overall my experience with this branch of Officeworks has been very bad.the staff and manager there seems to have little care for their customers difficulties with there products and will ghost you whenever they have made a mistake on their such as loosing an item.

I came there on Sunday. Had to print 3 documents. Said hello to staff (lady in head scarf) she replied “what do you need”. I told her need to print documents, then she said “instructions are there”, okay. I was not able to print all documents as it was technical problem there. I asked for assistance three staff people and they all referred to lady in scarf. I approached her 3 times! She said to wait, but wait was over half an hour. When she passed near me I asked her for 4th time, and she said “what do you need”. I have not printed the rest just left the place. This is unacceptable! I never faced such service and behavior yet.

I'd like to provide 2 pieces of feedback. Firstly on your team member Carlos (or Carlo) - yesterday (16th August), he was very helpful, provided outstanding customer service, product knowledge and advice when I was looking to exchange a printer I purchased 2 weeks prior. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine care in ensuring I selected a printer that would actually work is the epitome of great customer service. He is the sort of person that would make you want to come back to the store because you know you'll be looked after. Please provide some sort of praise/reward for his wonderful work.
On the other hand, his colleague (name unknown) me the day prior provided absolutely terrible service. Carlos will be able to provide you with the team member's name. I came in with my dad and we were looking to exchange a (wi-fi) printer which wasn't at home. She was passive aggressive in her attitude, rolled her eyes and was very hostile. I do not understand how Officeworks can employee such a 'customer service' representative, who not only did not provide good customer service but was in fact rude with her behaviour. I've never been treated as badly as I was by this girl. She told us it was not an option to exchange the printer and tested it in the store to show it worked. It took her 30mins to make the printer work, but even so it was not working properly when I brought it home again, so that's when I called up the store and Carlos answered saying he heard the exchange the prior day and if it was him in this girl's position he would have offered to exchange or refund. But her decision was to refuse that. I not only spent a couple of hours in total to connect the printer and try to make it work but also had to come back to the store on 2 separate occasions (while sick with the flu) so I could exchange it. She was there questioning the return and saying the printer worked, negating a customers experience with a product that’s failing to do what they paid for. This is unacceptable behaviour. To save your store’s reputation you need more Carlos and less employees like this girl that deters customers from the store. Can you please train her on what customer service is?

Waiting on the counter 25 min in a empty shop only me inside. 5 people working there nobody didnt even bother to speak to me. The indian girl was passing infront of me 6-7 didnt bother even to look at me. IF DONT WANNA WORK CLOSE IT AND DEMOLISH THE SHOP. STOP RUINING OUR LIFES. EVERY TIME THE SAME. NEVER AGAIN.

If you click and collect don’t bother standing in front of the large sign that tells you to wait there for a staff member. Waited 10 minutes while staff walked passed. Just go straight to the counter where you purchase things. They’re understaffed. Never had a pleasant experience from any of the ladies that print stuff out. They’re all as bad and rude as eachtother.

WORST EXPERIENCE!
IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 I WOULD PRINTER “STOPS WORKING” AFTER IT PRINTED MY TWO OTHER BATCHES OF PHOTOS. STAFF WERE NOT EVEN TRYING THEY KEPT WALKING AWAY 3 DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS COULDNT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM.

Very helpful experience with the staff and I have had problems managing click and collect but I rang the help line and the lady talked me through the site and explained I cannot do it through my email I had to put it into a file and then she explained how the process was so that was very helpful and when I was picking some items up I explained my situation to the staff and they gave me some photo copied information sheets to follow. All the staff explain what the best option is to do but I feel they are understaff and with so many people new to technology they are doing their best.
The bosses should give them a bonus after this Lockdown as we would be up the creek without the paddle if it wasn’t for the staff who do all the hard work for the owners.

There is a young woman working in the Copy and Print section that was very helpful and informative as I did not have a clue how to send a email with photo’s to be printed on A4 sheets and she explained and helped me through the settings and download. I learnt through her to download the photo and copy it before including it in your email as some emails cannot be copied.
As I was watching and explaining what I want from the my emails I sent to Carlton OfficeWorks on her Computer she was asking other customers are they alright at the photocopy machines and helping them.
Then she helped someone at the Do It Yourself Computer and all this while serving two customers with their order.
If someone has a business and needs someone hardworking and multi tasking with a pleasant and informative attitude I suggest you go to Carlton OfficeWorks Print and Copy and offer this girl a job with a good salary as you will not be disappointed and if you want some photo’s or documents copied or printed or even made into a binder go and see for yourself.
Most staff spend a little time with customers but she spent the whole time helping and printing off my needs that was very appreciated as my memory stick did not work at the computer so she explained to me to send emails and showed me.
This girl is one in a million but I don’t know her name but thank her very much for her customer service which you rarely get these days.

Not enough staff serving, 8 ppl on the line and just 1 taking orders, I can see staff walking around pretending busy or on their phones ignoring customers, the wait is so long!

Worst customer experience ever. I advise never to buy electronics in this place. I had to return a product that wasn't working properly and the seller said he couldn't see the white spot on the screen, I had to insist on getting another product and he even said he would put the damaged product back for sale.

I ordered a photo tile and came to the store asking if it could be refunded because it wouldn't be processed fast enough. The woman behind the photo services said it could if I called customer services. So, I decided to have the photo printer and bought a frame in store. Upon calling customer services, they said a refund is not possible. Now with more products purchased from officework than due to the false promise I'd get a refund.

Carlo served me this evening at the printer counter, honestly what a gun! Made up iced coffee signage and they came up cracker!

His attention to detail was amazing and as always these guys are always under the pump, but regardless he did an absolute stellar job!
