Officeworks Bathurst

Thanks to the trifecta of staff that helped me with a complex tech query to get the answer I needed. It may have taken all four of us but we got there.

I went in to get prints done. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store by any of the staff. I had to find a staff member to ask if the size I wanted was available to print off the self serve machine and was told yes, I couldn’t find the size so had to find someone else to ask again, which they said no it had to be done manually.
No one looked like they wanted to be there and there were a few other staff who were quite rude to other customers.
Wait time was super long as well.

Great Staff and couldn't ask for better service. The young man even assisted me with a different issue I just mentioned off hand. So happy I mentioned the problem 5 minutes and $5 later it was solved. I really couldn't believe it was that easy.

I have had a few interactions with employees in this store and have especially been grateful to the professionalism and excellent service by Justin. Having said that, everyone has been polite, helpful and professional. In my experience, this is due to management creating a positive environment where staff feel supported and see customers in a good light.

Highly highly recommend thanks to George and everyone for all they did to help me out, to send me my new mobile phone l couldn't find anywhere in Australia. They went out off there way to organise it and have it sent to an office works store close to my home in Melbourne, fantastic customer service, when other stores didn't want to know, you helped me out, absolutely brilliant thanks heaps.

Officeworks stores are few and far between out this way, so this one is a pleasure to have. My experiences here have been good. The staff have been helpful and not too "in your face". When they offer assistance and you don't need it, just politely say so and they will get out of your way. Officeworks stocks a wide range of office related supplies and equipment often at very competitive prices. They also provide printing and other services useful to business all under the one roof. While the location is not in the heart of Bathurst, it is still easy to get to from there and there is adequate parking. The complex it is in has a lot of warehouse type stores so if you plan your visit it can prove to be very efficient indeed.

This is the WORST office work I have ever seen in my life.they don't even know how to treat people comfortably. As well, they always have serious face. EVERYONE Living in bathurst PLS DON'T spend your money officeworks and just buy the things in woolies it is much better

Shopped here for a few needed things with a 2 week old baby. Staff were really helpful and collected my choices at the counter. Made my shopping experience so much easier!
Very attentive staff, highly rated.

Few staffs treat customers really uncomfortably.
And they ALWAYS have a serious face as if the don't want to have customers anymore.
Although it is my perspective. This made all of my family to feel terrible (literally) and review such comment right here.

The staff were really kind and courteous and went out of their way to help us get our photos printed.

The staff at the printing desk were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They helped us by framinng two large prints for a funeral the same afternoon. We cannot recommended this branch more highly.

Very disappointing. They didn't have what we wanted so when we compromised was told their machinery wasn't working properly.

Mary was extremely helpful in my stressful time of getting a document off my phone to be printed. Then gave directions so we could have it delivered to the recipient. Thank you Mary, your calm and efficient nature was just what we needed!
