Worst customer service. Can't seem to o ffer help when needed. Walked round and round in circles trying to look for items because they couldn't be bothered. I must say, it is becoming that way in most office works around the area unfortunately. Very disappointing

So affordable and what I've learnt from the staff members at various OFFICEWORKS that I have visited has been so helpful; "I just hope that my not being tec' savvy [at all] hasn't been too frustrating"?
Hey give me a break though, because I actually learnt how to print 33 collage photos today; 'pretty much all by myself'!

Everything you need to set up a office and lots to make your office special. Staff were very helpful and friendly and offer assistance while you are looking around the isles. So much of everything from pencils, pens and paper to all your technology gear.

Most helpful and accommodating. I ordered an office chair online. Part of the seat piece arrived damaged. Replacement was not available in the colour I ordered. Employee did a workaround by swapping the broken part of my chair with an unbroken part from a replacement part instore. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH.

I went in to use self serve photocopying. Also to print forms from my phone. Staff were helpful, patient and friendly. There were quite a few people back and forth while I sorted out what I needed to do. Only one customer was not happy and I applaud the staff.

One of the worse officework staff ever experience.mainly printing staff members are really racist and they will talk to you in fully discrimination tone

Staff was rude I wanted help printing stuff off and noone would help me I won't be coming back the female manager is very rude too when I asked her for help

My bf went into officeworks and the staff there and the manager was very rude to him.the manager needs to be fired from her position as manager I won't be buying any more phones or tablets from here 2 days after I brought my phone the charger stopped working the tablet I brought for my kid laaaaagged it was cheap rubbish and wasn't worth buying and now isn't working she only used it once how disappointing from what use to be a great store is now selling faulty products

Bought a few items from officeworks in Albury, they always have it ready for click and collect fast and easy. Friendly staff

I had a worse experience there. Today, I went there to scan my docs. I approached most of the workers there if they could assist me in scanning my docs on self-scanning machines.one of the workers said just go there and try to do it. After that, I approached the workers standing in one of the aisles. Two of them said they even don't know how to use a scanning machine and the third one was trying to convince another worker to help me by saying " just go there it's easy to use" and she replied she has never used that machine before. Eventually, I went to the checkout point to get assistance with the scanning machine.she called one of the workers there and one guy came. It didn't surprise me at all when he asked me to wait near the scanning area and someone will come and assist me.when no one came, I was so embarrassed and I left the store.so I can say that thanks to Officeworks Albury workers for this mindblowing customer service.

Went to Officeworks in Albury. Wanted to print of photos from my phone. Needed help, the lady there helped me. By going through the procedure. On my phone and their system got the job done. She was great helped made the task much easier. Highly recommend there, here product knowledge from beginning from start to finish was great.

Unpleasant young staff.
There used to be a lot of young night staff who were very good at customer service, but when I went to the shop today, the group of young staff were very unpleasant. Why do you employ people who behave in groups like that?

Staff were very helpful, but the order of products, particularly in the stationary section, was a little confusing, meaning I had to ask for their assistance to find what I needed.

Worst customer service ever.they don't even respond to your greeting and don't give print until you ask them what's happening. I hate office works.

Terrible customer service experience, rude female manager and not willing to help or compensate, took her a very long time to even get her help in the first place, will not be shopping here again,

Great range of office products and come here weekly, very easy to find products although staff are not all that helpful.

Terrible experience photocopying, overpriced, staff member was rude. After leaving I realised that the photocopied document had 1 quarter of the text cut off, will not be returning, do not reccomend

Needed a little help choosing a printer. Lots of staff unpacking but none attending customers. Eventually asked one 'assistant' who informed me 'sorry I'm busy at the moment'. No mature experienced staff as previous. Left without printer and a little disappointed.

Staff are polite & helpful. But over last 3 visits very sick of having a staff member sit in the centre isle overtly watching me as if I'm going to steal something. It's actually become embarrassing. I used to look forward to my diary/journaling shopping trips. Now I just want to get out. I priced my items last visit, last week, & can now order elsewhere. Clearly OW cares more about the $3 discounted diary they think I 'might' be stealing than the $65 Tombow markers & Artline pens I bought.

Required Sim Card. Staff explained to me how to activate it. Very experienced in every facet of the business. Always do their job right. Gives me alot of confidence that customer service is still around. Within a an hour my new service was up and running. That is why I keep coming coming back
