Officeworks Albion Park Rail

One of my favourite places to shop and a definite 'go to' for stationary and office equipment plus IT products. A great range of good prices, good quality products and friendly, helpful staff.

Thankyou SO much to Shaylee! She was so much help yesterday at Albion Park Rail Officeworks. The print me team are so clued up to all the necessary programs. Shaylee assisted me in getting everything PERFECT for my friends Wedding! Thankyou Shaylee! You’re a gem!

There is a nasty horrible older lady that works in the print section that is just an awful person to deal with.

We called to ask if an appointment was necessary for passport photos. We were told no so turned up. When we arrived this nasty old lady told us not until 5pm. We explained how we called ahead and we’re told no appointment. We were then told they could do them. From that moment on this horrible old lady then stood there making passive aggressive comments about how long it is taking and how children are difficult. All directly in front of us. When I called her out on this. She immediately said she wasn’t talking to me and became quite irate and abrasive.

I ultimately complained to the manage while this horrible person stood there denying she was making comments about my daughter.

I’ll never return here. It is a total joke that Office Works has signs all over the city lace about showing respect and courtesy toward staff when it is the staff who show no respect.

Office works would do well to remove this woman from any customer facing role.

Overall just a great experience

Unfortunately the slowest officeworks I’ve been to. Tried to get a spreadsheet printed and they couldn’t do it.

Wonderful service. The staff are very friendly and they know what they are talking about and even if they don’t they can get someone who does. The click and collects are fast and easy. The print and create part is super fast and easy. Over all great place and you will come out of there knowing more then you went in there knowing (:

The older lady at the print company section was absolutely not helpful at all and seemed disgruntled by everything.

I'm also annoyed that borderless printing apparently isn't an option.my $300 printer at home does it but apparently the high tech machines in store.don't do it.and adhesive gloss paper also isn't an option.

5 star review for the lovely lady Cin she helped me so much I am a very happy customer. Coming in for last minute work materials and making me a priority and attending to my needs is so appreciated. Everything turned out amazing! Definitely will be coming back to Albion park office works! Thank you Cin!

Visited the new store today as my work phone had broken and needed a replacement iPhone. Nicole was fantastic. She was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and sorted me out so I could get on with my working day

Asked one of the staff members for help and the answer was" You can look it up"!

Very offensive and disrespectful

Great experience, loved the atmosphere of the team, they were all happy and really helpful. Will definitely be back!
