Recently purchased a Copier Machine from Office Tex. Highly Recommend Alex and his team from Office Tex, very happy with the purchase and service from Alex.

Two examples, during installation of our new copier, we came across obstacles in order to setup our copier for wireless connection. However, Alex came up with a solution to our issue and it worked a treat. Alex also took the time to setup our devices to connect to the copier.

Days after delivering our new copier and installing we had an issue which was our fault. Upon contacting Alex, he came over promptly and resolved our issue quickly, something we really appreciate.

This is not the first time my office has used Alex and his team. Why? Very professional team both on-site and on the phone, punctual and exceptional knowledge of their products and can identify what is the ideal solution to solve any office printer bottleneck in your office. They also cater to your budget and provide you with an accurate future plan to minimise bill shock for your next service/toner supply!

Being in IT myself, printer repairs unfortunately wasn't my area of expertise and I was not keen on locating a piece of paper stuck somewhere deep inside the black hole we call a printer, after spending a couple of hours doing the basic troubleshooting, I was fed up with my $699 HP multifunction M377dw, I was either going to take a loss and bin the printer after only printing 2000 pages or less or phone someone.

So I decided to let my ego go and called a few places, the first one quoted me quote high being a professional printer repair shop.but for some unknown reason. I decided to get a second quote and thought I'll give small business a go instead.as I could not justify bringing my 35kg+ printer to a printer repair shop just to save $20 and leave it there and wait a week before a tech support has a few minutes to troubleshoot my issue or pay them a minimum of 2 hrs. To come on site.

Lucky for me I found officetex specialist Alex, whom was happy to come on site to deal with my issue. No hidden fees I was advised.

Alex came on time and had his mask on the whole time, whilst dealing with my situation, the printer wasn't lying and we did end up finding a piece of teared paper the size of a 5c piece.which I could not detect in my basic troubleshooting.

The task was completed in a quick manner, under 25 minutes, screwed removed and reinstated.

Alex has been a great help even after the task has been completed, it's been 3 months now since the incident, from time to time I do have the odd questions for Alex, he has been very helpful in answering my enquiries.

If you're looking for a printer guy, Office Tex Alex is that guy!
