Went in not knowing where I could get a piercing on my lobe on account of freckles. Phoenix did an awesome job. Thanks guys

Not happy at all! She was apparently in a rush and she made me a belly piercing and it’s not straight.you can see it compare to my tatoo who is perfectly made in the middle.and when i went back to ask a refund they said no, i paid like everyone $54 dollars to have something not straight.i have 100k followers on social media, and don’t worry i’ve made a video about it to make sure you will not do that mistake on anyone else.i do not recommend this place, trust me go somewhere else.

We went into Off ya Tree store in Byron today and my 84 year old mother need her ears fixed (from a not so job in Sydney).

Sasha (i think) was kind, generous and professional and fixed mum’s ears. The other young woman, Phoenix was also equally as professional and helpful.

Keep be fabulous sistas.

Brought my daughter here to have her nose pierced, everyone from the woman on the front desk to the piercer were so friendly and nice that it made for a great experience. Piercing was quick and aftercare advice was detailed. Thanks team!

Let me start by saying that the person behind the desk that served me was absoutely kind, she/they were so lovely to interact with.
I came in a few days ago and booked a double daith piercing, the man who served me did not engage in any small talk, did not check that I felt okay/give me time before piercing my opposite side, and most importantly did not shut the door to the piercing room. The waiting room was directly infront of piercing room and my squeamish friend was outside having to watch. I would understand if their door was broken or such but even so this should have been explained to me. I am just a little disappointed by the lack of privacy and respect.

The sweet legends Saoirse and Maya were so wonderful and kind in their help and assistance for my nose piercing which Saoirse did with a gentle hand and in a very sanitary and professional studio at Off Ya Tree! Cheers lovelies Kelly

Got my nose pierced by these guys a couple of days beforehand and the stud fell out… I went back to explain the situation and the guy at the desk was so helpful! I explained to him that I wanted to get my nose re-pierced and was a bit disappointed that I had to do so only after 5 days. He didn’t charge me for the piercing services only the nose ring itself which I really appreciated. My piercer was also by far the best piercer I’ve ever had- she spoke to me about the whole process and just overall made sure that I was happy, she was really gentle and definitely did not hurt as much as it did the first time. Thanks guys!

Overall great service, but they sold me a Waterpipe with a broken chillum and then refused to replace the broken part.

Had both my nipples and my tongue pierced here, absolutely the best place to go for a piercing. Kind and friendly staff, really good at what they do. Will define be back for more

Saorise has pierced my nose and 2 ear piercings, great experience each time, so gentle and caring!

I got my cartilage pierced today and it was a great experience! Super quick and basically painless.all the aftercare info was emailed to me and im very happy with it:)

Really amazing, It was my fourth piercing and was the best experience that I had. Absolutely not painfull, and I did the rook so I was super scary. I did it one month ago, I never had good healing like that. Super nice staff, very soft. Thank you so much!

No service at all, waited 2 hours for my appointment and Then was told to come back in two hours because they didnt proces my payment. Rude staff, no consideration of The costumers.

Coolest shop in Byron with the greatest staff ever! Super friendly, they helped us make our holiday even better, they gave us tips on non-tourist places to visit which were awesome and Alberto was such a legend, very helpful he made me discover vapes and he was super professional when we got back to get some piercings before leaving Town.will be back for sure next time in Byron

Off Ya Tree Byron Bay are also a great place for glass pieces, cleaners, and all other kinds of useful things. Please do yourself a favour if you are a party person and go pick up their EZ Tests.

Given the rent they have to pay, the prices are decent.

Love this place, all the staff are super friendly. I've had two piercings here, both by Jade who is so lovely and so good at her job. I highly recommend this store:)

I got 2 piercings today and it was an amazing experience! My piercer was Jade and she made me feel so welcomed and explained the whole process to calm my nerves, she is the best piercer I have ever dealt with! I will definitely be coming back, very happy customer:)
