Edwin was very helpful when I contacted him to get a huge piece of Papyrus art framed that I bought in Egypt. Their price was almost 3 times cheaper than what other places were quoting. Framing and installation, the whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend them.

I got 2 puzzles framed and the team at off the wall framing did an incredible job. The service from the team was above and beyond and the quality of the art glass and frame was excellent. I will start by saying this company is by far the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had! They are trying to drown out the bad reviews by responding that the bad reviews are by the same customer which is incorrect as I’ve found the customer service an absolute disgrace. I received by Delivery 4 weeks late and with the glass in pieces once opened! And then have multiple calls with them to find out that apparently it’s my issue to fix after I’ve paid for the product and now they won’t rectify. Their courier is exactly that THEIR courier not my issue. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN SEE IN REVIEWS THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE! I wish I’d of read this before I purchased

I have had more than 10 things framed here of various sizes and each time I've been thrilled with the result. Staff give such good advice on what kind of frames will work and are always happy to talk it through with me. Whether it's been photos or art, each piece has come up beautifully and has really motivated me to get the prints I've had lying around framed properly!

Brilliant service and friendly staff, with excellent quality. The framed a small babies wrist band and photograph and they did a wonderful job. I will be going back.

Very pleased with the service and the framed pictures look great. I recommend you get the art glass, it costs a little more but really made our pictures shine.

Had a custom print made at Off The Wall and was given competent advice from the team. The first print didn't turn out the way it was intended, but their graphic designer took the time to make all amends as required and even brightened and sharpened the image provided at no additional cost which made the print look perfect. Thanks for the great customer service and quality result!

I have been using Off The Wall for over a decade. The service is excellent, process timely and the advice on the type of frame, backing, borders and glass has been brilliant. I have used them for a range of art from antiques to prints and the only issue I have ever had was immediately rectified. I can't recommend them highly enough - and I have recommended them a lot.

Unable to comment on the quality of their product - having received frames which were insufficiently packaged and damaged in transit.

OffTheWall were willing to provide replacement frames however insisted additional courier charges would be pushed back onto me. Note that it took 3.5 months to get to this stage.

I refused to pay additional charges and my request for a refund was declined.

OffTheWall referred to their T&C’s which I unable to locate online. Turns out that when Fair Trading NSW investigated - that they have two websites. One of which has no trace of T&C’s.

To conclude - I’m $175 out of pocket with only an email exchange featuring an antagonising parting shot from OffTheWall to show for my efforts.

Mirror buyers beware!

Bought 2 mirrors for my daughter and wasted a lot of time installing. Turned out the owner tried to scam us with poor quality. Promised Australian Standard but received an awful quality reflection, which I did not see in store unfortunately as I was not checking.

I hope no one buys mirrors from you again.

Do NOT buy mirrors from this business!

I have purchased 2 mirrors (total value of almost $1000). Once they were installed in my house I have noticed that they are both defective. Specifically, the reflection is distorted and when you look through the mirrors the walls look curvy. They are honestly suited more as circus mirrors rather than home mirrors.

The owner deceitfully declared (before the purchase) that the mirrors were of Australian Standard but failed to provide proof when I contacted him. On their website it also says “all mirrors are of Australian Standard” but the mirrors came in a box labelled as “Made in China” and no Australian Standard label! Major red flag! What kind of business are you running? I contacted the owner in disgust of such horrifying poor quality and he REFUSED to refund. He was rude and unprofessional, said, “You’re too picky”. And this business claims they provide 10 years of warranty on their website!

Moreover, they only issued one receipt (for one mirror) and withheld the other. At home we calculated that they overcharged us by $50 because Jo “couldn’t find the deposit receipt”.

Reply: As I have mentioned on the phone, distorted mirrors were not obvious until placed in the house. Also, they were not “inspected” in stores for quality. As one would assume if they’re spending $1000, the mirrors should not look like they belong in a circus.

I have had high hopes for this place when choosing mirrors for my daughter.

Very bad experience, unfortunately. Expected more from this business but was a complete disappointment.

I got my art with framed and I was not happy with the result. The old owner was not willing or interested in fixing it. The new owner Edwin was extremely helpful and resolved the problem at no additional cost. So happy with the result and appreciate Edwin resolving an angry women’s issue.
