2Had a bad experience. It took them, odyssey house, a month to ring me. I had resolved the problem myself by then. I met some a bad counsellor, male, a dark haired, middle aged man, around 40, dressed like a teenager on his way to a gay dance party. I spoke to him twice and that was enough. Blacktown. 2148. NSW. Unhelpful. He spoke to me in a derogatory fashion.
SANDY took all of my personal information over the phone and never got in touch in with me again. I was in desperate need of help and she hung me out to dry, all because I wasnt comfortable giving my address to her over the phone. Thank you SANDY, your help was much appreciated! You shouldn't be allowed to work with animals, let alone humans who need help urgently.
Update: they finally called me. 2 days after I left this review. How coincidental, it takes someone to blast them on reviews for SANDY to do her job. I bet they'll report this review as being hateful, telling the truth is now hateful.
