I visit one of the doctors at this practice. My experience is positive. Im never kept waiting, can get blood tests quickly and efficiently, my doctor takes time and has always helped me with my medical needs.

Dr Stanley Green was brilliant, he was a very patient and kind man who took the time to really help me calm my nerves. Very considerate.

Dr Stanley Green is the sweetest doctor and is so genuine! He's very thorough with skin checks and goes above and beyond. He still seems to enjoy his profession after all these years which is nice to see. The clinic overall is very thorough and all the staff seem nice.

Efficient handling of patients, extensive and wide range of service and, most importantly, very well qualified, sympathetic and effective doctors, their core. Have been a pleased client for 16 years.

Extremely friendly and professional folks here at O'Connell St Clinic, they were able to slot me in for a telemedicine call on very short notice and Dr Kim's advice really helped me!

Reception staff not very friendly but Dr Stanley Green excellent. They get 3 stars and he gets 5 stars so 4 overall.

Having been referred to a specialist, I was very happy with the service provider. The specialist was very formal and educated me in preventing further harm and how to best help me with my situation.

My son and I went there for a skin check and Dr Green was amazing- so thorough with his examination and so reassuring at the same time. We both felt very comfortable throughout the examination.

This is an excellent general practice.

Efficient and effective, the highly skilled medical practitioners are suppported by a first class admin team that ensures effective patient-scheduling and practice management.

The phlebotomists are highly skilled with excellent clinical skils.

The entire patient-experience is commendable.

Very pleased with our experience. Booking is fast through HotDoc and Dr. Kim is nothing short of amazing. She’s friendly and takes the time to explain — I felt I was being cared for like a family.

Very helpful and kind staffs. Very pleasant and efficient. Was registered very quickly upon walk in and the visit was rather comforting. Had access to doctor in a short wait time.

Office is nice and tidy and in line with Covid safety. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just a bit out of the way from train station. Good access if you work in the area (Chiefly/Martin Place). Pricey

Saw Dr Polly Chan for a skin check today. As usual she was thorough, professional and personable. She is a credit to the practice.

I saw Dr Chesworth today. Very thorough, listening, caring approach. Took the time to ensure he was understanding the issue without jumping to any quick diagnosis. Definitely recommend.
