Ochre Health Medical Centre Bathurst

Ochre Health in Bathurst is amazing. Reception staff are always so friendly. Saw a new Dr at short notice, Dr Ayaz is very kind, calm, and understanding, she listens intently, and is thorough. Would especially recommend her to teens/young adults as I found her easy to talk to as she's very empathic, compassionate, and non-judgemental. Such a positive and calm experience!

Had a great experience with the doctors and the receptionist. Very friendly and helpful. Great advice!

The staff are courteous, efficient, friendly. Would be wise to provide own inflatable seating cushion for those whom have physical comfort needs. A very professional practice.

Ochre medical centre is doing a fantastic job with their covid checks and protection of all patients and staff. Always polite and friendly staff. Sometimes hard to get an appointment but just proves how fantastic the care and Doctors really are. Dr Pav never fails us, his amazing with my young family.

Phone line has been fixed. Friendly staff, always clean and tidy, great with covid procedures. Would give 5 stars but had issues with doctor before and nothing was done.

First session with Allen today.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Personally ive never been a big fan of pyshio because they seem to charge a fortune for 15mins and have you return for numerous visits.
However I didn't get this impression from Allen at all. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my back issue with a speedy recovery. Additionally, my appointment would have run for at least 45mins.
Great service. Im looking forward to seeing how my recovery goes.

The doctor I saw was really good. I have had a lot of difficulties finding a good doctor so I had a bunch of stuff I had to have addressed and she handled it all really well

I have been to appointments with Doctor Maria and Doctor Sarju. They are awesome people. They made sure that they listened to me and was very kind enough to calm me down and direct me in the correct path. Every time I took my two toddlers with me but still the doctors were very nice to them.

Excellent. Would be nice if waiting room chairs are changed to leather or vinyl for easier cleaning. The material chairs really need a good clean.

I would like all doctors to consider giving stamps or stickers to children rather than lollipops. Childhood diabetes and obesity are real issues we all need to manage.

Extremely happy I made the move to Ochre Health. Even though Drs change it’s clear they have methods to prevent any issues arising. Each Dr has been very thorough and professional and has addressed all my queries or concerns at each visit but I am also proactive and take a list so as all my questions or concerns are addressed. Very clean and friendly environment & staff. There is no extremely long waiting in the waiting room but even though if there was I’d wait as they are very thorough in each consult what’s a little wait time should it occur if your walking out satisfied you issues are addressed verse being rushed and walking out frustrated knowing you instantly need another appointment as you didn’t address everything.

Absolutely rediculous waiting time 2: 00pm appointment, 2: 50pm, still waiting and when I inquired as to how much long I’d be waiting, was told there is still one more patient in front of you, so I walked out

This should be how all Dr Surgeries are run, no waiting, friendly staff and the two Drs I have been to are excellent. Highly recommended

This Medical Centre is efficiently run. Both Auxiliary and Medical Staff welcome questions. A rarity!
