I cannot speak highly enough of Michelle, our property manager. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of her work, consistently delivering excellent service and results. Michelle is an outstanding communicator, always keeping us informed of any developments or issues, and responding to our queries and concerns promptly and professionally. She has a talent for problem-solving, finding creative solutions to even the most complex challenges. Michelle is an absolute asset to our community, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her managing our property

The building manager Michelle Kummer who has also recently become my property manager as well is truly just the best. Within about a week and a half she found me tenants and had them moved in. She’s so communicative and gets things done with incredible efficiency. She really goes above and beyond, and works non stop to manage everything and keep everyone happy. And on top of it all, is just the easiest person to get along with and the nicest to chat to. So grateful to have such an incredible building and property manager all in one.

We have lived here for a year and it’s been such a pleasant and easy place to live.
Michelle is absolutely wonderful to have as our building manager. After dealing with another real estate company for many years in another property, I was blown away with the amazing level of service Michelle provides. She is always on the ball, gets back to us very quickly and works hard to follow up on anything that’s outstanding. I know I can contact Michelle and it’ll get sorted the first time, which is so rare!

Michelle has so much warmth and is always approachable and has a great sense of humour. It’s been such a pleasure knowing Michelle, and we hope she continues with our complex.

I recently moved into Oceanvale 2 months ago and could not be happier! Michelle and Sacha are the best building managers I have dealt with, they are quick to answer any queries you may have!
The community in oceanvale is by far the best neighbourhood I have lived in, with all neighbours being so friendly and helpful!

Honestly the staff are brilliant, I never knew renting a apartment to be this straight forward.

My partner and I started leasing a apartment just before Christmas. The property managers such as Michelle and others are always so efficient in returning emails.
We recently enquired about possibly getting a puppy.from the management to the owner was just a breeze in applying.

Coming from the building industry the apartments are just so well built!

For a complex so large with so many residents, the management team are responsive, efficient and always do the very best for the residents. I think we are very lucky to have such an excellent team supporting us.

I've rented here for three years now. The apartment is modern, spacious and really quiet. The facilities are well looked after and clean. The building manager Marissa is outstanding - very professional, responsive and gets things done quickly with the minimum of fuss. The location is great with easy access to public transport, shopping (Warriewood Square is less than 5 minutes away), beaches, the golf range and Warringah Rats at Pittwater Park, local golf courses (Mona Vale and Bayview are both less than 8 minutes drive away), local cinema too. There's also the interesting wildlife to be found at different times of the day in the nearby Warriewood Wetlands.

We have lived here for 5 years now and it's be fabulous. Plenty of parks and bike paths for the kids, near shopping centres in Warriewood and Mona Vale. I
