Ocean Shores Medical Centre

I saw a doctor at this practice and communicated my symptoms (physical pain) very clearly and in a cohesive manner. The results indicated that there was nothing unusual (probably because he did the wrong tests). Instead of asking me any more questions or doing further tests, he said my symptoms are most likely due to psychological issues and sent me home. Three days later, my pee was the colour of red wine.

My 19 year old daughter had to pay $85 for a non urgent follow up appointment.waited 45mins and then spent 5mins with doctor.
Could have at least bulk billed! Very poor and i will be wary in the future of the request for a follow up.

Wouldn’t recommend seeing Mathew Gibson went in just for a repeat script for iron tablets wasn’t in there any longer than 2 mins and got charged $82 after waiting 45mins on my late 1: 15 appointment that turned into 2pm

Waiting 30 mins for appointment, for a registrar that wasn’t very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t recommend

First time going to this practice, everyone was happy and friendly busy but works like a well oiled machine.

The ocean shores medical centre is the the best medical facility on the far north coast the staff and the doctors are second too none.

Great caring doctors and nurses.had an injury moving flood stuff and they were able to see and care for my wound promptly.lovely and friendly practice!

My wife and I have been patients of Ocean Shores Medical Centre for about nineteen years and during that time have always received excellent service from the staff, be they reception, nursing or consultants.
The attitude of all persons has been has been friendly and caring.

I love it when you have a doctor's appointment and the doctors are running exactly on time, this is so rare, I also love it when they can take care of the bulk billing and put the rebate straight back into your account. So easy, And I love it when the staff are super nice especially when I can see that they are busy. First appointment and I'm happy so far.
