Outstanding quality on a wide range of clothing and materials. Narelle is friendly, polite, and very reliable. I've had many suits and dry-clean-only items cleaned, and they all come out looking amazing. Big shout out to Narelle for the many odd ends that I've brought in that she's taken a quick look at and given me a great price and a quick turnaround; pram seat liners, couch and ottoman covers, even fine wool blankets!

I took a vintage suede jacket I bought second hand in the 90s to Narelle to dry clean. It's was in bad shape and parts of it looked similar to the beer soaked carpet in pubs (when pubs actually had carpet). Narelle did an outstanding job. I am shocked at how great it looks and it looks way better than the day I bought it. Thanks so much!

I recently dropped off a very expensive brand new jacket with a belt, 2 weeks later I picked up my jacket that took quite some time for the staff member to find, it had no plastic covering as it usually does and after being in shop for two weeks, I thought that was very unusual, I got home placed it in wardrobe and realised there was no belt with my brand new expensive jacket! I called the shop to be told there was no belt at time off drop off I was adamant that there was! Some time later I got a text to say" we have your belt)
I picked up my belt, no explanation or apology! Tragic service for a business that relies on locals. I will not return,

It's a good local laundrette. $7 for a single load in Jan 2021.5 coin op machines and 3 large driers, plus an industrial machine ($17 per load) in the shop.

Excellent service. We have our Air BnB linens laundered here and Narelle is extremely reliable and is incredibly accommodating of any extra details we need taken care of. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, thanks Narelle.

Have always had the best service for both my personal dry cleaning and business washing to. Nothing is ever a bother for the Narelle. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service, very friendly - however my one and only dry cleaning experience resulted in a blazer with a mark they could not remove - when it was provided to them with no stains to begin with. Unfortunately I will not be returning as I can't trust my garments to be returned in an undamaged state. Situations like these are not ideal; a he-said/she-said and I'm sure the laundrette will vehenently argue it was in that state to begin with. Be aware if you bring expensive items here!

Have had so many suits/dresses cleaned from Narelle, she is lovely and kind, and does the most amazing job on all garments, she made my dads christening dress, booties, bonnet and bib from over 50 years old look brand new for my daughter to wear for her christening! It was vintage lace and over the years of storage it had turned yellow and stained and she made it absolutely perfect! I couldn’t be happier, and the prices were great for the effort she had put into it all! And she even gave me some storage paper for it and she folded it for me so it will last without stainage. How can you beat that service? Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my dry cleaning services! Highly recommend
