Logan was the plumber that came out. Quick response, prompt, professional, clean work and didn't charge the earth. Now my go to plumber.
Great company, did a commercial job at Tuggerah. Informed the occupants of each unit water would be turned off and completed the repair in a good time frame.

We had our toilets back up today and because it was the weekend we had trouble finding a plumber to come out. Laser plumbing answered the phone and had Brendan there within an hour. He cleared the blockage and showed us why it blocked up. I highly recommend Laser Plumbing.
We had Jake over to find some leaking tap washers. Laser was ontime and very knowledgeable. We also had a running toilet that we forgot about and they were able to fix it while they were here.

As a senior woman doing extensive house renovations in a 30 year old property - 2 new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, I found Laser Plumbing a totally professional firm and their prices are reasonable - especially compared to another company I had hired early on. Laser staff fixed problems created by the first plumber and installed copper pipework added new fixtures and fittings and worked around the many other trades to ensure co-ordination. Every staff member I came into contact with, whether Owner, Receptionist or one of the three plumbers who worked on my site at various times over a five month period were always pleasant, obliging and co-operative and above all very neat and trades-manlike in the quality of finish. Many tradies turn up wearing "female friendly" pink Tshirts ablaze with slogans, but then continue to try to either overcharge, not do what you have specified, or do inferior work. Laser Plumbing tradesmen were absolutely straight, diligent and honest in their dealings. There are few trades I would give a five star rating to, but this firm has my vote. I would not hesitate to use them again. A special thanks to Jake!
Late afternoon we found water flowing from the waste in the en suite, risking water damage to MDF skirting boards and architraves downstairs. Within a couple of hours Louis from Laser Plumbing arrived, got down to it, wormed his way under the house and within half an hour had not only located the issue, but fixed it.end of problem, awesome. Courteous, clean & tidy, no mess, just terrific. Highly recommend Laser, just ask for Louis!
I found the whole experience from the first contact to the actual work effort to fix our sewer line that had been block due to tree root intrusion as excellent. I would highly recommend Laser Plumbing Wyong to anyone needing their services.
