FANTASTIC service from start to end. Called for a dish drawer installation and was booked in for 3 days time. The plumber was able to come earlier than expected and completed the job effectively, efficiently and neatly within an hour. I would highly recommend to anybody who has trust issues with tradies, this business is honest and througher.

Over the last 2 months, have used O'Brien Plumbing PMQ for a range of plumbing services including:
1. Install of whole of house water filter system.
2. Decommission of old recycled water tank and pump.
3. Reno of new laundry, including removal of old laundry, new pipework, relocation of new sink and waste and final commissioning.

We always use Rob from O'Briens PMQ as he a proven, professional plumber for whom no job is too difficult. He is absolutely first class and are so pleased to have him service our domestic plumbing requirements. Always on time, professional, careful, calm and composed, you can always rely on Rob to deliver a fantastic result. 6 stars to him and also to the O'Brien back office who provide terrific customer service. Sarah was an excellent receptionist when I called looking for a plumber for the following week. She informed me that they had one that could attend that afternoon. Caleb arrived within the hour as advised and he was polite and respectful from the beginning. Listened to me describe the problems we had, had a look and went to get the appropriate parts required. Said he would be back with 25 mins, was actually back within 15. Job was done quickly but properly. Once he was finished he cleaned up, asked me if everything was cleaned up enough. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. I will definitely recommend O'Brien Plumbing and will use them again if required.

Really quite hard to find good tradespeople in Port Macquarie that actually care. My experience with O'Brien's and Jeremy here was awesome, they were on time, professional and did a really great job with our outdoor shower and water heater installation. Would highly recommend these guys

Rang early in the morning and were lucky to have same day service to fix a blocked drain between the shower and the floor waste. The friendly plumber arrived within the agreed time frame and cleared the blockage in minutes. We were very happy with this prompt and reliable service!
