So professional and just got it sorted after another place half fixed the problem.

Excellent service and genuine support provided by O'Brien Plumbing during our recent annual service of the Rinnai Hot Water System for our block of 8 Units. Whilst the system itself has proven troublesome, your entire team from Customer Service through to your onsite Plumber/s have been professional, on time and kept our Strata Committee informed. We've used you previously and intend to retain you as our service provider, sincere thanks.

We arranged to have our gas heater serviced. Communication was excellent, service was timely and we were really happy with the outcome.

To be fair I cannot comment on this companies workmanship, but I wanted potential customers to be aware of their undisclosed call out fee. We had someone come out for a quote for a new hot larger hot water system, which we didn’t eventually replace. We were charged $176.00 for the quote. I do understand businesses have to charge for their time, but this seemed quite a lot for a the 15-20 minutes they were at the address and sending the quote via email. We are located quite close to their office so travelling time was minimal. By contrast the second quote we had was done over the phone with the plumber asking for photos of the existing unit. This was a free service.
If that is the standard fee charged then I would expect customers are informed up front as most businesses do

VERY NICE!

Jonothan and his guys replaced/upgraded our terracotta sewer connection at our house. We had a lot of rain at the time and the guys were spot on with communication about the delays from the rain. They did a great job with the clean up after the works and the pipe work under the house is very neat.
The quote wasn't the cheapest of the three I got, but it was the only quote that included a required tap over the gully which the other two companies missed. Jonothan was very knowledgeable about the regulations and legal requirements and he instilled a high level of confidence through the quoting stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I had a water leakage problem and a broken part and the young man from Laser Plumbing went and bought the part needed and was back very quickly and fixed the problem. Laser Plumbing gave me an excellent price for this work and he cleaned up after himself and took the rubbish away.
