O'Brien AutoGlass Smeaton Grange

Prompt on time service, reception person polite and explained process and time to complete. My Sprinter was carefully worked on by what appeared as experienced technicians as I watched through workshop window observation from well equipped waiting room.
Very happy with how I was treated with respect in regard to my disability.

Had a windscreen replaced and three months later cracked for no apparent reason, they happily replaced it under warranty. The point I make here is I didn't have to make any effort to do this they offered it as the first option, which in today's world a bit rare, but welcomed.

Quick and easy! The staff were very friendly, and fixed the chip on my windscreen in 30 minutes. Highly Recommend!

Called to have a small chip repaired but was told that the price for the repair will cost $199+, without even reviewing the chip. This contradicts the O'Brien website which states that the price is determined by the size/complexity of the chip/crack. When confronted about this discrepancy, I was offered a 'discount rate' of $159, which is still significantly higher than other chip repair options. An absolutely atrocious way to take advantage of people who do not know any better.

Fixed my chipped windscreen. You have to look hard to find repair. Sales was so polite. Totally recommend.

I recently had my windshield replaced by this company, and I must say they were very professional throughout the process. Their work space with free and fast wifi was a great perk, allowing me to work comfortably while waiting. The whole experience was excellent, and they took care of all the insurance paperwork hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Very expensive $385 for windscreen so I went to discount glass got for $270 big saving.so if U want good quality work phone discount glass.

Fantastic front of counter service and repair was completed on time. Installation technician needs to take care when touching the interior trims as it has hand marks on the trims that were removed and reinstalled.

Also took advantage of the work space area. Able to use my laptop whilst waiting for my windscreen to be replaced.

Fantastic service, I was with my 4 year old and the lady in the office was so friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable for the 2 hours we were there.they also fixed a wiper setting on my car that I didn't know was not working.

The staff at Smeaton Grange were awesome. A little hiccup when I went in at the allotted time, and the windscreen replacement didn't have a rain sensor. The manager came out and met me, apologised a few times and asked if I could return next day for my new windscreen fitting. I did so, and was blown away with the friendly and efficient service, got to sit and wait comfortably in their immaculate waiting area, tea/coffee/bikkies provided and a restroom for customer convenience. Sat quietly and was sent on my way just over an hour later. All up, very happy with my new windscreen, completely satisfied and would definitely use them if I ever have any glass issues again. 10/10!

Simply put, and being in the trade, they are the only ones to use.genuine part and a good final job!

Went through insurance for a replacement windscreen. Opted for O'Brien's as they are the 'known' brand. Did the online booking on the first day, received a call the following day stating they would book the job in and had no record of my online booking. I then received a call the next day again to book in the job, but was told this time there was a 10 week delay on the new screen. Went elsewhere which took 4 weeks. Customer service wasn't the issue for me, just the lead time.

Brenden was fantastic! I was booked to have him come to my home for a windscreen repair. Due to on/off rain, he was communicating with me after every job with options. In the end, i drove out to Smeaton Grange, so the replacement could be done safely undercover. Brenden explained every step of the process as well as aftercare. He was absolutely brilliant

Disappointed! I noticed as I drove home in the sun that the new wIndscreen I just had installed in my car has small chips and scratches in it!

As Im leaving for interstate and they had a problem with my replacement windscreen they have organised to have it done when I get to where I'm going. Very happy with that thankyou
