I had my car windscreen chip looked after by a gentleman at the shop earlier today. He was honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent service Linda was such a lovely lady fully explained everything pleasure to deal with and also the guys in the workshop besides fixing the stone chip they even vacuumed the front floor mats totally wasn't expecting that. Communication was fantastic from the moment I enquired until the day of my windscreen installation. The gentleman that installed my windscreen was fantastic (unfortunately, I can't remember his name).

After fixing the windscreen a technician came and asked me if i wanted to replace the wiper blades as they were a bit streaky, I queried this asking him to show me what he meant as the wiper blades where brand new only fitted at the vehicles last service a week ago, the rubber was still supple and there were no signs of streaking, I asked how much he told me they are about $140 for a set, given pairs of replacement wiper blades are only about $25 at most auto parts and accessories retailers I declined, while I was waiting for them to calibrate the front camera and sensors, another technician came in and asked a woman waiting if she wanted to replace her wiper blades as they were a bit streaky and would only cost around $140 to replace, I was shocked that this was obviously a scam to rip people off by over charging for a simple wiper blade replacement.

Walked in. Asked for a quote for a driver's window. I had called O'Brien help centre earlier which had not gotten back to me in their time and turns out they were wanting to quote me the wrong piece of glass. O'Brien Penrith quoted me $380 or somewhere in the $800's fitted. Called another glass supplier. Quoted me $110 for the glass. How do you quote over $400 of labour for a 1 hour job? Also unprofessional service by trying to talk to me from another room.

Waited 40min in a phone call with hold music no answer so I gave up during business hours

Honestly best people to deal with replacing your windscreen. Would highly recommend replaced my car windscreen less than 2 hours for my audi a+

Jeep booked in for replacement windscreen under insurance claim. They ran to advise that the screen had been replaced but they could not reset the sensors. They advised that the car was good to drive but " DON'T " rely on the sensors. They are unable to reset the sensors. They then advised that they had booked the car in with Jeep to reset the sensors but it will take a month to get in.
Not very professional.
Would not go back to them.

Have replaced my windscreen twice now in 6 months, thanks to all the rain+potholes+loose rocks.

Service was friendly and efficient, communication via phone and SMS to keep you updated before and during your booking.

Booking time we meet and estimate job time was spot on.

Car was kept clean and undamaged, remounted both my dashcam and mobile phone holder.

Had a small chip in my windscreen towards my bonnet. Nik and his team looked after it, managing to seal it up in under 30 minutes without it cracking (which was a possibility). Thanks again!

Last Thursday April 1 Brayden visited our home to inspect and give professional advise to repair or replace so opted to replace from his advise and he sorted out a next appointment call out for today.
This morning Craig was exceptional and completed the job with no fuss.
So round of applause for both Brayden and Craig as they both were awesome and deserve recognition for their efforts.
