Amazing quality furniture, Annie Gong the store manager has been super helpful and professional. We have purchased a dining table and bench, very happy with them and we have came back to purchase more chairs.

Great products and service Oak Team! We bought bedroom set for our daughter in dark finish with leather headboard and it looks and feel amazing and luxurious. The furniture are very pretty but for the tall big items need to think twice if anyone has young kids at home. They don’t seem stable at all. It fell right next to my 2 year old child when we visited. We had no idea what happened, regardless it proved it can fall easily. If unlucky it could cause sever injury or death. The company response doesn’t sound very responsible at all, after I told them to make sure the safety of other kids there are lots of other kids in the Auburn mall. They think this is the only responsibility of parents. They pointed its parents responsibility to supervise their kids. Does it mean store can clear their safety responsibly to their customers? So parents don’t bring kids there if they can walk or don’t bring these tall heavy furniture home if you worry your kids well-being unless you plan to secure them on the walls.

Plus the old sales Asian lady (believe being mentioned in other reviews) was very rude and cold heart after seeing the falling item, all what she said was “it cannot fall itself”, my baby could be hit and dead, she had zero concern about my child! Not sure why she can be in the store and serve people. Is she the owner or the relative of the owner? Unsure… a bit crazy to see such a cold business in Australia. People are usually super friendly and warm here.

Went there last weekend. The furniture are nice there. The sales lady, an old Asian lady, was rude and pushy, and made me very uncomfortable. Will go to castle hill store next time.

Worst customer service ever in both warehouse and Auburn show room, very priced items and same item out for sale in warehouse for 3 times less. Delivery with lot scratch never every buy from here.

Furniture is not fit for purpose and don’t waste your money on a perceived premium product.

Lacquer cracked on every piece of bedroom furniture within 12 months.

Their ‘service’ department is basically useless. Gary, Service Manger trying to blame poor workmanship on dropping things on the furniture which has no signs of wear and tear, scratches or dents and then the solution is to cover the cracks with a staining pen to hide it.

Now to Fair trading to resolve

BEWARE: Deceptive Sales pitch is a 5 year guarantee on furniture which, according to the 'ever helpful' Service Manager, Gary he thinks otherwise.

UPDATE: Gary also finds customers disappointing. Couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried.

We bought few pieces of furniture from Oak furniture 5 years ago, and had another one last week. The quality is premium as before. Annie in the shop again is great customer service and give lots of advise. The person came to deliver the furniture very friendly, he took all the package rubbish and gave lots of tip how to take care the furniture! High recommend this brand!

We have had an amazing shopping experience at Oak furniture Auburn. The collection is outstanding. Ian is too good at what he's doing, he has great knowledge of the product which in turn was so helpful to us in making the right decision. From the time we entered the shop and throughout the whole selection and purchase journey Ian looked after us. I would like to compliment Oak on its service attitude. The after-sale service is really good. I found this nail that night and sent a message to the salesman. The next day, someone kept calling me to come and fix it for me. I didn't have time for a week. Today, an employee came to fix it. The service attitude is very good, expensive things not only pay for products but also pay for services.

Great furniture. Some of the pieces suit Asian family really well. However, they need to improve in some details. For example, deliver man left quite a bit scratch back of my table top when assembling. Overall, happy with the purchase. Big credit to sales team in Auburn.

Furniture are not cheap although quality seems good. If you like traditional style furniture, it is fine. If you like modern style furniture you better go somewhere else.
