Nutrition Warehouse

I have been buyin at Nutrition Wrehouse since they open and the products are always good and the staff friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else!

Came 15 mins after stated opening time on a weekday and no sign of anyone, came in a few days days later an hr+ before closing and no sign of anyone. Finally got a hold of someone days later and the service was very average.

Laura was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find the right product for me. I will definitely be back

Walked into store and Tristan straight away came to my attention and offered assistance on anything I needed. He continued to explain each product in depth and helped make my decision very easy. Great customer service.

Arrived at 3.25 yesterday Saturday the 24th and the store was closed, advertised to be open till 4pm. It's not the 1st time this has happened.

Tristian was an amazing employee.
He helped me pick new supplements, had great knowledge, very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Definitely coming back. Thank you Tristian

My past 4 to 5 visits have been great but what a horrible experience today. I usually never leave reviews but after what I went through today I felt I had to. I went to the Brookvale Nutrition Warehouse today around 1: 30PM on October 29th to pick up some protein. When I arrived the staff member asked if he could help and I said I'm here to get the whey branded protein. He then had a chuckle and made a smart remark "that one in the blue right. " I was polite and told him I know what I want and it is the brand right here. He laughed at me and in a belittling way continued to try to sell me the other brand. I told the guy three or four times that I didn't want it. He laughed at me. Then when he was behind the counter told me it was "your mistake" I have been to your store many times prior and had an excellent experience so I don't know who the guy is but he needs customer service and sales training because he acted like a complete tool and bully. I get it. He either makes a commission off the product or you buy at wholesale prices and you make more profit than you would from the product I wanted. I'm in sales myself and this guy was just absolutely horrible to deal with. I walked out of the store, didn't buy anything and don't plan to in the future.

Very Good Staff, always helpful. I recently purchased a pre-workout and it went hard after a couple of says.when I returned it they immediately changed it with a new one for me and no questions asked.amazing Service.thank you guys

This has been the second time I used these guys and to be honest I would recommend them over any other website or brand. They have a friendly staff that helps you get good deals. Not only that they've got everything that I need as in product range. Highly recommended.

Usually love the team and everything in there but my experience I just had was horrible - I got to the doors at 5: 29pm and they were locked, I understand that it was nearly closing but they guy inside acknowledged and didn’t open the door.luckily your competitor in dee why has the products in stock and I am taking my money elsewhere. Really disappointing

Every time I walk into this store I find it hard to leave. The staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to give me the right advice to benefit my goals.

Ultra helpful and friendly staff - I look forward to my visits! Great variety to choose from, and the staff are cool enough to give honest criticisms of some of the products rather than just smiling and taking your money. Excellent!

Best supplement store I've ever been to, Great advice from actual athletes and nutritionists who don't just try to sell you the most expensive supplements. From what I've experienced over the past 2 years these guys actually know and understand whats in the products and what they can do to help you. They've actually talked me out of buying products I thought I needed but didn't. I feel I'm healthier and have more basic knowledge on supplements just from shopping with Nutrition warehouse. Give them a go you have nothing to loose (except fat) and plenty to gain.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and they're friendly but their knowledge is second to none through their own training, and competing. We highly recommend them
