Staff are very friendly and helpful and are full of knowledge about supplements and nutrition I've been dealing with Lucie for the last 2 years and she has done an amazing job with my diet and training programs.she's has done it all from holding the Australian record in powerlifting to being a ifbb pro bodybuilder. So Lucie knows what she's talking about so I've put all my trust in her. Lucie has got me on the braw and bpm products. I recommend giving them a go if you already haven't and definitely pop down and see the friendly staff.

I was needing nutrition and exercise advice to get me on track during lockdown - I had gained kg and was feeling down about it. I sought advice from Lucie who steered me in the right direction and regularly checked on my progress. She is extremely knowledgeable with nutrition, advice on the right supplements and is always willing to answer any questions.

Walked out of here extremely happy and super impressed by the quality of care. Asked for help to put together a birthday gift and the employees were very knowledgeable about what goes best with what and which products were bang for buck. Shout out to Lucy and Jemimah for the plug

I’ve just experienced some of the most amazing customer service to date, it was so good sharing this is a must.

I walked in to purchase a pre workout out, I walked out with with a tailored home workout plan, a diet plan and some great advice complete free of charge. Lucy is an absolute star! She was so helpful from the very beginning walking me through which pre workout to get and bit pushing the expensive options and didn’t rush to make a sale.

As it’s currently covid I intend on doing small home workouts, when I mentioned this to Lucy she was quick to get out a pen and paper and write down a plan for each muscle group with the equipment I have on hand. She also jotted down quick and easy / healthy meals options to eat incase I get bored working from home.

Just want to really thank Lucy for looking after me and will definitely be back again for more Supps and advice!

I’ve been there once before. The people who works there were poor service. Felt they r a cocky, looking down ike a low person.

Always - and only - pushing Genetix products. Regardless of it being good or not, it makes them lose credibility because they're biased. Wish they'd stop doing it.

Customer service was great. They had the protein powder I was looking for. I checked it first on the website. They were well stocked.

Not the biggest selection as their website or larger stores but this store has all the essentials, and staff are very knowledgeable about supplements for general health and bodybuilding. Look out for the occasional sales or call ahead to ask - I've found that stores sometimes have specials separate from the site, and vice versa.

Both the in store and online customer service is very poor. I gave to them and to the delivery company my full address 5 times and they managed to fail the delivery for 3 days in a row.
Called the city store and they didn’t have the items in stock, however the website says completely the opposite. Never again! There are way better competitors in the same area.

Plenty of variety of options and good customer service. The staff are friendly and provide good recommendations for the products.

Very disappointed with the staff. I went to the shop to buy protein highly recommended by friends and also awarded a medal on Nutrition Warehouse website itself. The staff was quite pushy and tried to make me buy some other product which I didnt know. After not choosing the protein they have been pushing for and making the payment, two of the staff members started joking that the company of the product I bought has been adding concrete to it? If you are not sure about the quality of the products in your store dont sell it! Very unprofessional!

Worst customer service. Walked in while there shop had no one inside, not one of the 3 staff of shift said hello or even acknowledged me. I went to ask the girl at the counter about a product and she had no idea what it was because " she had never tried this brand before". If you have to get a supplement from Nutrition Warehouse i would recommend you buy it from there online shop instead of dealing with there dead weight customer service

Every time I go in the guys give me good advice, they don't try and sell me on a tonne of expensive stuff. I walk out with what I need and I've got the results from it. Good blokes too, not pushy and well priced. Highly recommended.

Good selection of supplements. Nothing much has changed in the last 2 years. Seems like the rewards program is worth giving it a try. The best store around the CBD area by far

Really disappointed. I don't understand why after I spent AUD$400 I haven't received any gift while if I would buy the same product on the website after 150$ you can choose I gift. So knowing it I asked it to the guy and the only thing he could say it was that they didn't have anything at the moment. I won't buy anything from them anymore. About the products and the place nothing to complain about pretty provided of everything you need with great brands.
