The Doctors I have seen at Nureva have been great.
The Admin staff seem to be very efficient & brusque, a little more warmth or gentleness in manner would be appreciated as this type of medical visit can be stressful.
The location is easy to find but parking at busy school times is difficult as it’s near a school.

Very helpful friendly staff, over the phone and in person.
Dr Chang was attentive and answered all my questions unhurriedly. Thank you

Reception staff were absolutely amazing both when I called and when I entered the facility. The Dr I seen was great with me and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

I seen Dr Sophie Berkemeir wow what a wonderful gynaecologist! She didn’t rush me out the door she listened and was extremely helpful I highly recommend. ️️️️️

Dr Chang was extremely empathetic and understanding. He seeks the best treatment for each patient and doesn’t rush to find a quick fix. The ladies at reception and pathology were professional and friendly. Would 100% recommend Nureva to a friend or family member

Reception staff were exceptional. Specialist didn't really seem interested in doing my procedure, come back in 2 years. He did half of procedure and couldn't do rest and I'm in horrible pain. Yet the lady I used to go to at this clinic was amazing but she's gone back overseas.
In saying this, I did expect some pain, but I just got the feeling he didn't really care to do it today, even though I stuck to the timetable informed by previous specialist. I wish christiane was back, she was fantastic and you felt cared for under her.

Dr Berkemeier has been wonderful to see. Great bedside manner and obviously very knowledgeable in her field. The ladies at reception were lovely too and very accommodating.

The ladies are front desk are helpful and very nice made you feel very welcomed, Dr Berkemeier is very patient and understanding of my needs and really listened to what I had to say.

Very professional support staff that made the process of booking an appointment and transferring my medical records smooth and stress-free. Reception was very warm and professional on arrival. I was very happy with Dr Timothy Chang's communication and medical advice, and I was given a clear plan.

I found the Doctors to be excellent caring and easy to talk to and the staff at cheerful a very helpful. I have recommended Nureva to several friends.

I’d made this appointment about 3 weeks in advance, I was told I need blood work, and an internal and external ultrasound before my appointment so that Dr Chang had all the information regarding my reason for visiting. This was not a problem I did all of this before my appointment. On arrival I waited 45 minutes past my allotted time. And when I’d seen Dr Chang he had no information about any of my recent test results. Didn’t let me know any reason why I had to get those test or what the outcome was. He’s even asked me to get an ultrasound, I said I had and that the results were forwarded to him. There was no sense of knowledge about why I was there or what he could help me with. Very disappointing, I left feeling as though it was quite a waste of time and money.
His professional opinion was “I think you’ll be fine” and sent me a website to look at.
Took no longer than 10 minutes with me, after I’d traveled over an hour to the appointment.

Absolutely horrible they did not listened to my concerns and just wanted to hurry up the appointment the appointmentwent only for 10 mins and most of the she was ignoring me, I have no idea why people are leaving this place good reviews, I went there for help with abdominal pain and they told me to just get an iud but that ended up making the pain much worse, I have been constantly bleeding for almost 6 months and they still won't help

The staff in Nureva are down to earth, professional and respectful. Reception are always kind and patient. My experience with my chosen obsitrician has been amazing. They are very professional and informative. They provide a lot of support and I've always felt comfortable approaching them on any matters that concern me. My overall experience has been great!

I can’t thanks enough to Dr. Kristine Mayer for the amount of professionalism and care she has shown me. I was extremely scared and anxious. She explained everything perfectly and also gave a rough idea on what to do next. Also the ladies on the reception was extremely nice. Highly recommended.
