Absolutely fantastic. Nuance catered for a surprise birthday party at our house for 25 people last week. The food was fantastic. There was plenty of it. Everyone was asking me who the caterers were. Being a surprise party the food had to arrive at a specific time and be ready to eat as delivered. This all worked out perfectly and dealing with them was great.

A big thank you to Theresa for helping me with my last minute order. Very accomodating and on top of that the food was delicious and well received by my clientele. Professional and highly recommended! But please book ahead so you dont miss out!

Wow! Theresa and Dylan provided the most wonderful catering for our recent event. Our guests were so impressed with the delicious and fresh food (as were we), and it was all packaged and presented beautifully and delivered to our door at the arranged time! The generous serving sizes meant everyone got a yummy doggy bag to take home!

The communication and responsiveness is awesome and also the advice on the type and quantity of food for the event size was honest and spot on! Dylan did advise that I should remove a few items as he thought I had ordered too much and we compromised and I removed a couple of things but added one thing back in, and he was right I did have too much! But I love having more than enough as opposed to too little and we certainly enjoyed a good lunch the next day.

We are also huge fans of Nuance's dinner club Friday night Pho. Best Pho ever, the broth is to die for, it's a lick your bowl clean kind of a dish, I highly recommend!

I wouldn't hesitate to have my next event catered by Nuance and I'll definitely be recommending their catering services to others!

One of the best food I have had in Sydney. Before you can start eating the food, your eyes will start to drool just looking at the presentation of the food on your table.
The food tastes amazing and what makes it even more special is that the team Nuance understand food (from farming to getting fresh produce) and hence they can do the magic with what they offer!

Some of the freshest and delicious Vietnamese Food in Sydney! Gotta try the Pho, it is some of the best i've tried!
