Nu Wave Car Wash

I have been going quite consistently to this car wash since it’s opening. It has gone down hill dramatically as of recently. I don’t think I’ll be back. Your hoses leak all over my legs leaving’s my clothes and skin stained. Also you soaps used to get my car clean no problem but now they suck I can remove dirt with my hands quicker then any of the tools you provide. I must admit I stuck it out, kept giving you my business in hopes it would get better and you’d see that your reviews of late have been really negative and you would take some pride in your businesses reputation and fix these issues. The only upside to your car wash is that it’s near ALDIs I’d wash my car and do a shop whilst my car dried. But this time I sat in the bay while writing this one star review another one to add to your growing collection enjoy the read.

Drive through is constantly busted. Machine will happily take your money, but no one answers when you call when it is broken. This has happened at least 5 times now, and I don't commonly take my car for a wash. I don't know why I bother anymore.

Would highly recommend nuwave for a good quality and reasonably priced car wash. Coop was helpful in assisting me with the payment process

I always go to Nu Wave because it's the newer car wash in town. They frequently have issues with their direct debit machine but their service assistant, Coop, is literally the most helpful and friendly customer service person I have ever met. I always leave with a smile on my face and will keep coming back.

Guys are always on-site and give great car cleaning advise and service. Stubborn mosquitoes marks come off quickly and you get a fantastic result. Very easy and good value.

Attendant was fantastic, friendly and helpful especially when the machine wasn’t working. The attendant is the reason I would come back and use it again because the actual car wash is frustrating when it doesn’t work properly- it picks and chooses when it wants to work. We drove our 65-year-old bus across the Nullarbor from Western Australia and took it to the Nu Wave Car Wash to give it a much-needed wash, wax and engine degrease. David could not have been more helpful. Due to its age it has the turning circle of the Titanic, and David guided our 10-metre long bus safely into the large wash bay, He then very patiently took us through the procedure, explaining to us as novices how to use the equipment and what each cleaning product did. During the process he returned often to make sure we were okay, and afterwards guided us carefully back out onto the road and on our way. We were very pleased with the finish achieved and David made the whole process good fun. David was a pleasure to do business with, and I'd recommend the Nu Wave Car Wash to anyone who needs this service.

I was planning to travel through Griffith on my big trip and wanted to line up a place to wash my brand new caravan which had a special ceramic coating, so can't use recycled water. I emailed Nu Wave 2 weeks prior to check if they used recycled water and within a few hours David had called me to discuss the quality of their water! I couldn't believe it. I honestly wasn't even expecting a reply. When I turned up 2 weeks later he actually remembered me by name. This guy could teach lessons in outstanding service. We chatted alot, he showed me all the features of the car wash, literally this guy cannot do enough for you. We laughed about or dogs, he helped me get my rig out, he befriended my dog in the doggy wash section and he was checking in that i was safe on my travels. I went there twice! I'd recommend going there just for a dose of old fashioned country charm and warm hospitality.even if your car doesnt really need a wash. The car wash itself is also head and shoulders above the rest. The pressure hose is amazing yet gentle on paintwork and loads of features for different cleaning requirements. I'll be back in 6 months. Thanks Dave & see you soon!

Facilities on clean, working order with fair prices. Excellent customer service from the attendant Coop, he was pleasure and even gave us a free air freshener. Will being going here again.

We had been out camping in our caravan, had a small amount of rain overnight not being familiar with the area we were camping in, we didn’t know even with a small amount of rain, the ground would soften so much and mud turn to glue! After two hours and only making it 750m we had to be towed out by a local farmer, we headed on to Griffith after this with our extremely muddy vehicle and caravan (think mud so thick and heavy glued on it didn’t even budge while traveling or with rain) This lead us to Nu Wash Griffith as they had a long bay to fit both car caravan! From the get go when arriving David was so helpful, from helping guide the car and caravan in to the bay, he was able to guide us with the wash process, himself and a younger staff member even sourced a shovel and helped us get some of the larger parts of mud off. Such amazing service, would definitely recommend! Cheers David for all of your help, we wouldn’t have got the car as clean as it was if not for your help!

What a great Car Wash? Super helpful service and advice from Coop and the rest of the gang. THE place to go when you’re in Griffith and you need a car wash.
