I have used numerous plumbers in Sydney the last 10 years but from now on, I will only be using NU-TREND.

I reached out to Rob and Rick for an emergency job with a blocked main pipe. They boys were so accomodating and relayed all the possible solutions for the issue. They even gave me the best solutions for my budget.

The job was done above expectation, neat and tidy with the nu-trend team being polite to my wife and kids on site.

The Nu-trend team saved me thousands and fixed my house problems within 24 hours.

Dear Rick/owner, I am sorry but I don't care how good your company is or how well you do bathrooms, the prices you charge are highway robbery. I've had a family member and several friends receive quotes from your company, and the prices are just insane. Highest price on the market and don't even include fittings/joinery/PC items. On top of that, you don't even have a joinery company you recommend and have told my friend she needs to find her own joinery company as "there's no one you trust enough to recommend". Sorry but for a bathroom company who's done this for years and has had enough experience, you should know enough to have a good joinery company you recommend. If someone is paying mind boggling prices for a bathroom (labour only), they shouldn't have to do ANYTHING or find their own joinery company - you should be project managing the entire thing. Also, in this current market with people struggling to make ends meet and support their families, no one should have to re-mortgage their house just to come up with your ridiculous fees for a decent bathroom, while you guys live like kings. Have a heart please and lower your insane profit margins. Regards, concerned customers.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Rick and his team and couldn’t be happier!
The team especially Chris were amazing. We had a tight timeline and budget and nothing was ever too much.

We were so impressed all of the tradies who came to our house were so knowledgeable and friendly. This was a huge contrast to another company we used previously. We regret not engage with Rick’s team earlier.

What we liked the most was if we ever had any questions or issues Rick was always happy to provide a solution promptly.

You always hear bad tradies doing doggy job so we were slightly nervous in the beginning but after meeting the team we knew we made the right decision. We will have no hesitation to use Rick’s team again and wanted to say a huge thank you and your team for the amazing work！

We reached out to Nutrend back in December to discuss options for a smart toilet (Japanese toilet). Things were going to be a bit complex with our existing plumbing, but they walked us through our options and found a way to tick the boxes for us. Very please with Rick and the team - communication was excellent throughout. A shout-out to Robby, who did a great job (and left the place super clean too). Will definitely be working with them again for future projects.

I would not hesitate to recommend Nu-Trend to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom renovation. The team were simply superb, right from the quoting stage through to completion.

Our renovation resulted in a complete new floor plan (including removing a wall), new floor joists, ceiling and a skylight. Other companies declined to quote due as it was more than a ‘standard’ renovation, but Nu-Trend were able to offer a complete solution for us. Nu-Trend involved key trades (plumber, carpenter etc) during the quoting stage, whereas other companies who provided us quotes only sent their salesperson. Nu-Trend’s approach gave us confidence in the quoting process and this confidence continued right through until the job was completed.

Nu-Trend’s attention to detail was outstanding and this shows in the overall execution of the job. I would go as far as to say these guys are true perfectionists!

When faced with unforeseen challenges during the project, Nu-Trend consistently made decisions that were in the best interests of us and the quality of the job (and not just the simplest or quickest course of action).

Communication with the team was excellent throughout the job (almost 24/7 including weekends!) and they responded promptly to all our queries. We were informed of key decision points and given time to decide, ensuring there were no surprises when the final bill arrived. All the trades were very polite, on-time, professional and kept the site clean/tidy.

It wasn’t easy choosing from all the quotes we received, but we are so happy we went with Nu-Trend. Whilst they were not the cheapest quote we received, I strongly believe with Nu-Trend you get what you pay for – a high quality renovation, that will stand the test of time and one that represents great value for money.

Had problems with rainwater not going to street caused by Council extending footpath but not adding additional pipe extension to new kerb, Nutrend identified problem and fixed with replacement pipe and connections. Also supplied report to aid in claim from council, very satisfied.

Nutrend completely renovated our top floor in 2021. Throughout the renovation they managed many unforeseen issues with efficiency, skill and urgency.
