NSW Pre-Purchase Inspections

Be careful, this company is still carrying out the same behaviour as reported on ABC The Checkout S3 E9 (from 23: 35) with a different company name NSW Master Building Inspectors but with same ABC number.

Charging for services not requested and threatening with legal action to bully payment of non-service.

They have no care and serve you a legal notice when you have a query, they did not Pick up anything significant that I found myself when I lived here for a few days. STAY AWAY!

Reliable provider. They were on time & the report was well written. I recommend them to any property buyer. Very useful info

I was about to buy a house in Sutherland but the inspector discovered termite damage in the roof. NSW Pre Purchase saved me!

Their reports is full of "No Access to" the important areas of the house.
Hence they want money without doing any value add to the customer.

They are not worth it, Go elsewhere, Avoid this if you want a report with good details for your money.

An associated company (pest control) recommended this company. I found them just as efficient and their ability to accommodate my deadline was really appreciated.

Would not deal with them as they charge almost $1,300 to reply to your email if you express any mild dissatisfaction with their services.

Seriously checkout the report "The Checkout" did on this company. Almost unbelievable.

As seen on the checkout. The meanest company to be featured on this show. They are way to expensive and clearly not thorough. They will need to bill heaps of dodgy invoices to pay for the damage this exposure will cause.

Apparently, "NSW Pre-Purchase Inpsections" tried to bully an innocent client into paying over $1000 by threatening her with legal action. The Checkout episode which reviewed pet food and hire car companies.

I don't know why the reviews are so terrible, I got excellent service and I only paid $396 for a very detailed inspection report - btw I called on Sunday and needed an urgent inspection on Monday, they were able to give me a verbal report right after the inspection and a detailed written report on Tuesday with problems clearly listed and why they were important, along with estimated repair costs (it's very useful to understand in monetary terms the extent of damage and how to negotiate with seller), saved me from putting a deposit down at the end! Excellent service!

Wow, just watched what you did on ABC's, The Checkout. I sincerely hope that legal action was taken against you. Absolutely disgusting.
