Very appreciative of the advice and knowledge the team had to help with my specific insulation needs for my bushfire rated roof addition. I tried so many places closer to where i live (st george/shire area) but i never got the right information or was given the run around. From the very first call to insulfix they knew instantly what i needed and also educated me with additional information.
Service was friendly, goods came quickly despite being a special order and very happy with pricing as well.

We have had the best experience dealing with Asmita at Insulfix. It is almost impossible to find insulation anywhere at the moment but Asmita managed to find enough R5 ceiling batts for the ceiling. It was a bit more expensive to pick it up as Bradford has stopped deliveries due to supply issues but the prices are very good at Insulfix so it worked out OK. Asmita from Insulfix was an absolute champion in sourcing product for me when everyone else i tried (even all of the Bunnings) in the Sydney area had no stock. She really went out of her way to help. I definitely recommend Insulfix for others project.

The team at Insulfix were great on my project. Careful professional advice on insulation choices and at prices equal or better than the major national wholesalers. Best of all though was the responsiveness. Just amazing service. When other suppliers could not get stock, Asmita got it for me and got it delivered fast. This was incredibly important as it meant my trades could keep going. Also - they were able to get me stock of unusual items and in quantities other people would not bother with - but which I REALLY needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Insulfix and I will definitely use them again.

I have just bought a new house and the ceiling insulation was in very bad condition from the previous owner. I contacted Insulfix in Castle Hill and they came quickly to quote and install new ceiling insulation. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend their services. The installer was friendly and cleaned up. I can already feel the temperature difference inside the house on hot days.

I was trying to source some ceiling batts from Insulfix over the holiday period. The retail outlet hadn’t opened after the Xmas period but Asmita was extremely professional and helpful over the internet and telephone and organised for me to pick up my order direct from the Warehouse at Beresfield. Excellent service! I ordered polyester ceiling insulation from their website on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday in time for me to install over the weekend. Delivery was free as well which was a bonus. They also helped with advice over the phone and the number of packs they recommended was spot on for the job. I highly recommend Insulfix!

I contacted Bradford regarding insulation for our roof space and under our house.

I asked Bradford for their recommend supplier and installer.

Bradford highly recommended InsulFIX, I was also advised from Bradford that InsulFIX supply and install throughout all of NSW.

I contact InsulFIX and arranged a day and time for a quote.

The day before the quote, I was contacted by InsulFIX to confirm that Pat would be coming to quote.

Pat from InsulFIX turned up at the time I was informed he would arrive.

Pat got his ladder climb into the roof (Cape Cod) and measured, Pat also crawled under the house to measure.

Pat then explained and went through everything with my wife and myself, he also advised us on what rating he would recommend for the ceiling and under the house.

I wanted the highest rating because I thought it was the best, Pat advised me that the rating I wanted was not acceptable for my location the Northern Beaches, and provided me with a lesser rating that was more appropriate for the house and location.

Pat also informed us we would have our quote by that afternoon, the quote turned up that afternoon.

We accepted the quote and locked in a day and time with Pat.

As InsulFIX have done previously they deliver on their word.

The InsulFIX installers Kaaraj and Chris turned up on time.

From the moment they knocked on the door the respect they both showed, not only my wife, kids and myself but also the dog.

The best part was the respect they showed the house, they took their shoes off at the front door.

I am a tradie who runs a business myself, but I know if someone takes their shoes off at the front door they will do a good job because there is that mutual respect.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kaaraj and Chris they were polite, informative, and they also explained everything they were doing.

Once they completed the roof space they showed us photos of the completed works, I have attached the photos to this review. They also cleaned up after themselves.

They removed all the rubbish from site, as it was school holidays the kids left their bikes outside the garage where Kaaraj and Chris where working.

Once Kaaraj and Chris had finished working they even put the bikes away for the kids.
