WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
- They quoted around $10k worth of fire-related things (relating to door handles) that we apparently had to fix which was totally incorrect. Had we listened to this company based on their initial inspection report and not questioned many of the items on it, we would have spent about $10k for nothing.
- They took quite a while to reply to our strata managers emails
- This company sent a notice stating a specific time they will attend. 1.5 hours later they knocked on my apartment and my tenant wasn't home as it was 1.5 hours later than the specific visit time mentioned on the notice. I called up and this company outright refused to visit again without charging for another visit, despite it being their mistake by not clarifying that they could knock on the door at a later time compared to their own notice.
- I called them and mentioned I would also write a review about my experience and they didn't seem to care. This shows they don't care about their own reputation, after a terrible client experience. Would not recommend to anyone due to the above.

Easy to deal with and very professional, they were a stand-out in this space when we needed to re-new our Fire Safety Certificate, technician was on-time and friendly.

Terrible experience with Ash from the office, extremely unprofessional, lacks customer service. She is unable to provide quality service to customers or common email etiquette to customers. I may as well have been dealing with a robot! No skills to resolve the situation, so I am taking my business elsewhere.

We recently had our workshop extinguishers tested and some replaced by these guys, Nick was very easy to deal with and kept me informed of what they found in their testing. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended.

I seriously do not know how these people are still in business? It is really beyond me. Poor to no service, not professional, never on time. I had to give them one star as it seems you cannot leave a review without it.

Communication is horrible.
Reception promises to pass messages on and call back in n “5 minutes “ nothing.
Then to reschedule in these Covid lockdowns at our own cost of $80.00. Excessive considering our front door has been non fire compliant for 9 months no matter how many times we complained to Strata!
Think again before using this company!

This company should not be allowed to conduct any sort of fire safety work at all.they tried to charge for work that wasn't even carried out.this company is so corrupt they should not be allowed to trade.

Really poor service. Can imagine reception spends all day fumbling through paperwork to try and find any notes they may have about a property, they are completely disorganized and frankly hopeless. Need to call them about 8 times to get them to do anything, and even then there's a 95% chance they'll do it wrong. I wont be taking my business back there

Extremely dodgy business! After reading the reviews it quite obvious the positive reviews are fake. They came into my business while I wasn’t in and told my staff they are from the fire Safety company we use and the checks are due. We have never used them and the check had just been done by our regular fire safety provider. Avoid by all cost! Absolute scammers!

It is impossible to get them to do anything on time or even return phone calls and emails. Better off finding a more professional unit who care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile for them.

Absolute joke of a company. They're full of false promises and just try every excuse in the book to get off the phone with you. The owner is one of the most incompetent people i've ever met, the type of guy who never keeps appointments and blatantly lies through his teeth if it suits his own agenda. The receptionist, who i'm pretty sure is the owner's wife, is equally unprofessional and rude. This company may be marginally cheaper than the competition but it just isnt worth the hassle of actually having to deal with them, trust me when I say it's painful experience after painful experience

Very unprofessional, serious lack of communication. Phones hardly work, full of excuses when you can actually get through. They schedule work with the owner and dont turn up. I've been chasing information and work for four months and still isnt resolved. Working in the strata industry, I would steer clear of these guys, theres alot more companies that would do the work properly alot quicker. Very disappointed which I've expressed to them and still no reponse.

We used this company for over 9 years to look after our Fire safety Measures. Recently i decided to get an independent check done and it was found that All of our fire extinguishers were expired by 5 years. They had never actually been correctly tested and all they did was ad on new tags. Also we had items on our schedule that actually did not even exist. The company has not responded to my emails on their despicable service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.they should be put out of business as they are putting the communities lives at risk of death!

Totally unprofessional outfit. I had an agreed meeting with the MD which was cancelled on my way to visit their office. I had driven over an hour in traffic and then had to turn around and head back home. NOT ok.

Great staff to deal with who really know their stuff, and willing and understanding for all the urgent matters.
See you guys next year!

Highly recommend. Staff were flexible and were able to attend and assist with my urgent safety matter. Price was cheaper than others in the market I had compared to.

We will continue to use for all upcoming projects.
