Hires bad teachers bans websites with nothing inappropriate and is just downright disorganised

Often the department steals worksheets of the internet blocks websites with nothing bad on them and almost never hires good teachers

Most unhelpful. I got transferred from pillar to post with no help at the end of that super long phone call. Quite disappointing.
