27I would just like to make a comment on how well we were treated by Jeremy he was very calm and understanding explaining all about the CAPA machine. As well as offering a very competitive price I would highly recommend NSW CPAP Parramatta.
Saw Sara last Saturday for a download for Sefram Cpap machine.
Sara was very helpful with resources and information, extremely professional.

Brilliant. I was initially attracted by the low price - significantly less than any other supplier I could find, including online.
And then the level of support, especially from Sarah Tabaa, took me by surprise - so much better than the place I had originally hired a machine to try it. She worked with me to find the best fit, showed me how to clean and maintain everything, and did it all with a smile.
Several times since then, I have had to ask for reports to be sent to my sleep doctor, and she was always extremely responsive.
I still hate the fact that I need this machine. But if you do need one, this is the place to go.
A huge thank you to Sarah, you made a very overwhelming process faultless. I honestly cannot thank you enough, you explained everything thoroughly from start to finish and went above and beyond with great service.
Have been on CPAP for over 20 years using several clinics/outlets. Yesterday's appt with Sarah at Parramatta was by far the best, most professional that I have ever experienced. She answered all my questions about the AirMini including those I couldn't find anywhere online, plus valuable client observations/experiences. Will now buy one via NSW CPAP. Thanks so much Sarah.

I got to make an urgent overseas travel today and my resmed air reuires a battery. I contacted few shops and came to know priceline at Parramatta westfield had one. I ran away to the shop cause i had only two hours left to go airport. At the priceline reception i explained my circumstances. Firstly, the counter girl was very rude at story and clearly refused to contact the cpap specialist who was with a patient in her room. The receptionist told without an appointment I can not talk to specialist. I explained that i dont need to meet her, instead I had the battery model number, all she has to do was sell it to me if available. The counter girl was so arrogant and didnt even bother to understand my urgency in addition behaved like slave. I feel absolute disgust and strongly not reccommending anybody to step in to this place. On return to Sydney I am going to lodge the customer service complain to relevant authority. I wonder how do they do business in Australia. Filthy behaviour and customer service.
I am pleased that I spoke to Louise earlier today, she had one appointment left and she fitted me in. The service and discussions with Louise and the help from her was absolutely outstanding and wonderful. I am completely happy with Louise and recommend anybody wanting to purchase a cpap machine go and see Louise at Parramatta. Excellent
Had a great experience at the Paramatta store, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a review. Anna the sales rep provided an exemplary level of service, she answered all my questions, and filled me in on information I didn't ask for but needed to know in order to make an informed choice. It is just such a breathe of fresh air to see someone who loves what they do and has your best interests at heart. Good job guys! UPDATE - 22/12/21 waiting for an hour and counting, all I need is to purchase a mask, the transaction will literally be less than 5 minutes. The rep is not with anyone and is apparently putting through an order, that was 40 minutes ago. I am very disappointed with this service. Pretty sure he forgot that I am waiting.

My mask became faulty and went to Patamatta Clinic on Thursday last week 21/10/21
Ben, the manager checked and recommended to buy a new one instead of checking the warranty of this product
I contacted the Resmed customercare and they told me that my mask still on the warranty
I went back to clinic 4 times for the same reason, same day
I went to see the CPap clinic at 2 pm and asked me to take the appointment
I called the 1300 and got appointment at 3 pm
When I went 3 pm he asked me to come 3.30
At 3.30 he checked and refused to give the replacement even under warranty
Then I called the customer care and they talked to him
At last 4 pm he replaced the item without even say sorry to me
Then I paid $15 for the parking in Westfield and totally unfair to the customers
My family and 2 kids was staying whole time to get it done
At this time of pandemic situation the company did really wrong to me
Go to Resmed outlet in Bellavista and they do price match

After reading good reviews and receiving prompt responses fron online queries, ordered a CPAP package on July 31st and 10 days later we are still waiting for our machine. Apparently their “new system” as they claim, have sent our order to the wrong address. And despite chasing them for more than a week, they decided to put the blame on Au post, and the consequences on the patient who paid $1.4k for a machine that is much needed for a recently diagnosed severe sleep apnea. Requested for order cancellation and refund but was left with no response, no choice but just wait for the delayed delivery.
Your system picked up my billing address instead of my mailing address so please take ownership of your “system” error instead of saying that i gave you a mailing address and a shipping address.
I have been patiently communicating with your staff since day 1, no one got back to me and I had to call back the next day only to find out that the transfer has not been processed. The au post system reflected that the item was only processed on Monday after i sent a follow up e-mail to your staff.
Even though i did not understand why the delivery cannot be re-directed to my exact delivery address, i agreed on the arrangement for me to pick up from the post office close to the right address thinking it would make the process faster. The issue here is that the package has been in transit for a week until today, and i was advised by your staff that it will be delivered last Friday, then delayed to Tuesday, and now delayed again to Thursday. I reached out to Your director but did not get any reply. I requested for a refund this morning and my e-mail was not responded to until 4 hours later when i posted my review online.
Yes you are right is is especially disappointing during these times that’s why i asked for cancellation and a refund, you did not offer it.
Called and constantly got put to an answering machine. Left name, number and details.still awaiting a call back. Don't bother, I'll take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend this CPAP provider.
Sarah was very helpfull seeing me at short notice, making sure my new machine was set correctly and loading me up with my bonus gifts.

Visited premises and was attended to by Sarah. The employee was very helpful, and courteous. She helped thought the purchase of a new machine. The experience was very smooth. I would have no hesitation in recommending NSWCPAP to anyone.
The Bondi Junction shop was amazingly excellent. Their knowledge about all the CPAP products and mechanics was such a relief. If you have sleep apnoea and require anything CPAP go here. Lida and David helped me and it was so easy and professional. I bought a Trancend 365 Mini with a Humidifier and it works perfectly.
My CPAP machine gave up the ghost after 12 years of loyal service. Living in the lower Hunter Valley I endeavoured to shop locally but no-one could come close to NSWCAPA's offer. The service and support provided by Sarah was truly outstanding. 5 stars in every aspect.
Ben at the Parramatta location was just fabulous. I have used my old C Pap machine for over 8 years (purchased from a private clinic in Penrith) and it finally gave up the ghost.
I spoke with Ben who ran me through the advantages of an automatic C Pap machine (Respirontics as usual) and I purchased one on Monday at 1pm and it was delivered to the Central Coast and arrive by 10am Tuesday.
I needed some assistance with the set up (I don't have time to read manuals and the new one was different to my old one) and called him on Tuesday afternoon. He could not have been more helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Ben is a gem and NSW C Pap gave me the customer support and information I needed quickly and efficiently.

I bought my CPAP from here. The service was excellent. I talked to Sarah, and she was very patient and helpful, and spent her time to explain how to to use the machine, and I am very impressed with her service.
Sarah was super helpful and professional. We went through all options pros an cons for each device and masks. She turned a very daunting process into me wanting to head straight home and hooked up for a healthy non obstructed sleep.
