Just bought the CPAP machine there.the staff named dereck is very helpful and professional, she gives me a lot of suggestions of which machine and mask are good for me, price is also very competitive! But remind you when you arrive his shop, you need to go to second floor, their shop is on second floor, quite difficult to find! Otherwise all good!

Terrible slow service, used to be great but the last couple of times I’ve purchased from them but they have no stock and takes them 3 days to dispatch.

I just ordered some CPAP cushions, and I decided to set up a user account. Very quick and easy. Account verification was nearly instantaneous.
I just wanted to say that I'm really impressed by how fast and thorough the website and ordering system was. I've seen far worse from much bigger companies. Whoever setup their website and sales system really knew their stuff.
I know this might sound fake because it's so positive, but honestly, everybody I've had dealings with at this company seems to know their stuff and the service has been really quick and decidedly un-bureaucratic.

3 weeks ago I went to nsw cpap to buy some accessories and resolve some issues with my air mini. I was served by Sarah. She recommended solutions that I had not considered. I have waited 3 weeks to write this review so I could gage the effectiveness of her advice. I can now unequivocally say that her service was exemplary. She was very helpful. Explained things clearly and dramatically improved my use of the cpap machine. I am now regularly scoring 99% on my air mini. Sarah, I cant thank u enough.

Staff were extremely accommodating. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything, I know if I end up trying a cpap machine again I’ll definitely go to this place.

I am extremely happy with NSW CPAP. After diagnosis of severe sleep apnoea in 2018 I bought my first machine Fisher and Paykel Sleep Style Auto from them. I love this machine which is very effective and user friendly and also the before and after sales service. A telephone call is promptly answered and you receive friendly, professional and helpful advice to answer all concerns. You also get ongoing monitoring of nightly sleep and printout of results on request.

I recently needed to replace my mask and a call to Derek eventuated in a great new super light and comfortable mask ResMed Airfit N30i being delivered to me in regional NSW 3 days later.

HI, i would like to thank derek and staff for all the professional help that i received when we visited NSWCPAP, the knowledge we received from Derek was very helpfull and i was fitted with the correct mask, not only the great service but also the hundreds of dollars we saved by going to NSWCpap bondi junction, would highly recomend NSWCPAP Bondi junction, once again i cannot thank derek enough, best regards john and heather.

Just recently purchased a machine from NSW CPAP online from ACT. I would have to say that this is the most approachable company I have ever dealt with. I have nothing but praise for the customer service, and being new to the world of CPAP therapy the assistance was above and beyond. Lida, the CPAP consultant was lovely, very friendly and very knowledgeable and made my experience purchasing my first machine easy. I would recommend NSW CPAP to anybody and especially talk to Lida.

I am joyful with my experience on Saturday 29/08/20 at nswcpap Bondi Junction. Sarah, was great in helping me. I have transferred all my sleep apnea issues to this one company to help me in the future.

After years of struggling with tiredness the diagnosis of Sleep Apnia was both scary and exciting. Managing Director, Derek Woolfall, patiently talked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my many questions with empathy and knowledge. He was more informative than the doctors and one specialist I had been to see! There was no hard sell, there was just honest help at hand. I purchased the Philips DREAMWEAR FULL FACE mask from these guys online.

Honestly, at first I was a little hesitant because the price was so much less than anywhere else I found online or in-store.

Still, I placed my order online with no problems. Received confirmation emails & AusPost taking number. THAT'S where I ended up with an issue.
AusPost (admitted by them, in email) LOST my order.

I called NSW CPAP & spoke to Derek, letting him know the mask had been lost & the loss investigated.

ENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND THIS CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS:

Derek took my details, including the investigation number from AusPost so the company could chase up, and promised to send another mask out to me so I wasn't inconvenienced.

We arranged that I would call when I received the package & IF the first one arrived as well, I would send one back.

Murphy's Law - they both turned up (one on Friday, one on Monday). As agreed, I did call on Friday and spoke to the very lovely, personable & professional Olivia.

To my surprise, as soon as I gave my name, she knew EXACTLY what was going on - everything I had discussed with Derek a day or 2 before. (Obviously these guys have great communication in their customer service team).

While speaking with Olivia, I had the thought that maybe I'd keep BOTH masks if the second one turned up (and if I actually LIKED the DreamWear mask). Mentioning this to Olivia, she agreed to wait until the second mask turned up, I had spoken to Husband & I had the weekend to test out this new-style mask. (I had used the F&P Simplus f/f mask for the last 4 years).

(A little off track, but the Philips DreamWear full face mask IS a dream! Try one! Also, you can use the headstrap & frame with the nasal mask cushion - they are interchangeable. Great if you normally use the nasal mask, but need the full face if you have cold or flu - you can just order the full face cushion).

I did decide to keep both masks (yes, I called up with credit card details). Again, I received customer service above & beyond what I ever would expect (no, not a free mask), but I WAS looked after in such a way that I will be buying ALL my CPAP supplies/needs, etc.from NSW CPAP in future.

Derek & Olivia, you have been amazing and have poached a customer from a competitor. When customers receive service to the level that I did, it IS greatly appreciated and can turn customer loyalty your way. It certainly did in this instance.

Thank you, both, so very much for everything. I will be in contact again as soon as I need ANYTHING else CPAP related.

Was very happy with the product and service I received from Lida and I would recommend this company %100, the cost of my cpap machine was excellent, I ordered my AirSense10 cpap machine on the Friday and got it delivered the very next day

I purchased the S10 Resmed machine over a year ago after I discovered somewhat late in life that I had sleep apnea. Derek, Haylen and all the people were very friendly and professional in helping me make the choice. After sales help and service was of a high level of integrity, unlike some other places who were practically going to charge me every time I had a question. During pre-purchase trials I had tried an Air mini and although I was reasonably happy with it, there was the usual question about it being noisy. However I took advantage of a special offer and purchased an Air mini when I went on a rather long overseas trip because of its portability. To my pleasant surprise i got used to the "noise" in a little over a week. Besides the noise was not so much due to moving mechanical parts but really associated with rhythmic air flow. I found myself mentally syncing the flow to my breathing almost like a breathing meditation. This was helpful especially when during travel, frequently sleeping at different places one tends to wake up often. Sometimes it helped me to relax enough to go to sleep again or at least provided restful lie downs which were restorative. It may not work like this for everyone but may help some people at least. I am very grateful to Derek, Haylen, Lida and others at NSW CPAP for all their consideration and help.

After dealing with my local pharmacy making me feel I was going to be left alone with no assistance if I didn't purchase a machine through them, NSW CPAP has made a stressful, intimidating experience, so much better. From the moment I purchased my Dreamstation machine online, it was delivered in a matter of days. Not before the nurse telephoned me to ensure the settings are correct and to ascertain my confidence that I am not alone in this experience and that they are a phone call away. The great thing about this also, I had no idea that they can assist with setting my machine remotely! Winner! Thank you NSW CPAP!

Lida and Sarah were great sales attendants, they were not pushy etc. I bought a different nose piece for my resmed machine, it was cheap comparison to other stores as I felt like I got ripped off at benchmark store when buying resmed machine months ago.
