Happy (ish) with the car but after sales service was abrupt and unhelpful. But overall, we bought a good car allbeit with some issues.

I found dealing with Steve a pleasure when purchasing my Volvo from him. Even when we had some dramas with the interstate delivery (which he very kindly arranged) he was very quick to offer assistance and compensation where appropriate.
I can't fault his service and dedication to doing the right thing by his customers. He went above and beyond my expectations so I have no hesitation but to highly recommend him and his company.

Steve was fantastic to deal with, personalised and quality service, from the very first enquiry he listened to what we were looking for in a car and went above and beyond for us, ensuring we kept within our budget he sourced out some options for us to have a look at and found us the perfect car that suited our needs. He even had it cleaned and detailed and mechanically checked so all we had to do was pick up the keys. This is not your average “car salesman” he was like a “car broker” if there ever was such a term. We will be using Green Autos every time we need to purchase a car and have told our friends and family to do the same. Highly recommend!

After an initial drive shaft problem (which Steve help solve) the Volvo has been a great vehicle with no problems. The extended warranty is great piece of mind.

Nice to deal with however the car we went to look at was not presented well, not cleaned at all. It's unfortunate that a little bit more care wasn't taken with the presentation as the customer service was great. Definitely make sure you physically see the car you are interested in as photos can be deceiving.

After seeing an advertised car, I decided to look into the dealer before making any enquiries. The reviews were encouraging, as well as the open and honest responses to feedback from said dealer. This reinforced my desire to buy the car. Why? Because I value integrity and accountability. Buying a new car is a big deal, and I am in no way about to wander in blindly.

My experience buying through Steve/Green Autos has been nothing short of positive/ly amazing. From initial enquiries, through to making payment, and driving away, nothing was a problem. Communication was amazing. Payment was easy. I have a new car, and not so much as an inkling of doubt in my mind that I went through the right person, and bought the right car for mine and my families needs.
