4 After several months of hard work, David and his team did everything they could to try and retrieve my data for my iPhone but were unsuccessful in my case (storage space full > stuck on apple logo, inaccessible > force restart via iTunes on PC > accidental factory reset resulting to lost data due to no recent iCloud backup).
Honestly really sad about the result but they were kind enough to refund half of my payment. I was treated with the best customer service from start to finish and credit to Tracy for being so kind on the phone and for keeping me updated throughout the case when possible. I appreciate the time and effort the team has done by giving everything they could and would like to thank them again for trying at least.
