68Professional, outstanding and a real pleasure to deal with. Mark Boitano took the time to explain the service and was able to resolve an issue I had with the car for years in seconds of asking. His knowledge of cars and their problems and ability to find the issue blows my mind. Every time I’ve had an issue he knows exactly how to resolve it. Highly recommend and ask for Mark if you have an issue with your car. He’ll solve it.
Went in for a basic tyre puncture in the middle of a brand-new tyre. I took the rim and tyre off the car for them, so they don't scratch it. An apprentice worked on it fixed it without scratching the $3000 rim. Came time to pay the cost was $55 after a previous worked said $20 and then I had to put the wheel back on the car myself. When balancing the Wheel, then they left all the sticky residue on the inside of the wheel, if the $3000 rim comes in clean enough to eat off you should return it that way and not over charge your customers. NEVER GOING BACK.
Sadly the toxic customer service culture is lead by a plus sized man who tells you off for asking timing update. Threatens you if you keep on asking more questions…. Shout out to Dayna and her manager on 29/05 morning for being so rude and condescending.

I took my car to motor services in south Strathfield, I took it in driving condition and the engine was in great condition. I needed to get some adjustments to my car done. I picked up the car on the following day and went straight home. The next day I came to turn it on and the car no Longer turned on, I was in shock as I called motor services and they asked me to bring it in to have a look at the problem, they proceeded to ask for more money and not even fix the problem, they blew my engine and covered there tracks, and didn’t want to take responsibility for anything. So disgusted not even worth a 1 start.
Good place to let take car of our cars, Especially Mark who is the manager of the place takes good care of the customers and is on top of the feedback provided in case of something doesn’t go as per the plan, Recommend the place.
The team at South Strathfield managed to fit my vehicle in for a last minute service. They kept me up to date with costs and time frames, bearing in mind my budget and timeframe due to work schedule. They even washed and vacuumed after the service, which was a nice touch even though I did not mention the wash or vacuum. The front staff were professional and helpful with explaining any concerns I had about the repairs.
Have been using their service for past 5+ years, but last 2 times i was there I was told they were down to 1 technician as they were under staffed on the day my car was booked for service and they were still going through backlog of work from previous day, so picking up the car on the same day may not be possible had to leave overnight. Even just getting a pink slip wasn’t easy on the day as it was a long wait.

Visited 07/06 for a Pink slip. Was told needed two new tyres and windscreen wipers or Pink Slip not provided. Didn't change the back windscreen wiper only the front. Now on the 19/08 they have rips in them and just had to have them replaced. Pretty sure $90 wipers should last longer than that.
First time customer at South Strathfield Motorserve, dropped my car there for an emergency repair, very impressed by the overall experience, the service was swift and professional, communication was very clear and friendly, absolutely recommended!

Very low quality service, I will never go back there.they keep my car for 8 days & every time I called them regarding how long it’s going to fix my car? They said “I don’t know” the manage also lied about my car is not drivable & need a tow truck. But I took to another machine straight also fixed in the same day! They lost my driver side door handle & I did not even bother to go back and check with this low people.
NRMA should take action for disgusting service they provided.
Got a logbook service done at South Strathfield. Was told front pads and rotors need replacement at 113,000kms. Asked if rotors could be ground, told no, only 0.4mm remaining and too thin (that old chestnut). $770 to do the job, politely refused. Went and purchased new Bendix pads from Repco ($70) and replaced them myself in 40 minutes, measured both the pads (which still had 4mm tread left) and the Rotors which were pristine and smooth with almost no thickness reduction via a micrometer (I am an Engineer).
Very impressed. I was assisted almost immediately with a warning light fault.
The reception guy and the technician were fantastic.
I would reccommend the service without hesitation.

Wanted a quote for some work but they're not always able to do this. They may require you to book in a paid inspection to quote you for the works (the cost of inspection is credited to any works you later decide to do).
Friendly people from manager down very understanding breaking rules giving top customer service
My car is service with the manufacturer every 6 months. Never had a problem with it. I took my car for registration which resulted on a list of recommendations to pass the Rego. I had to negotiate the price down to what appears to be a list of unnecessary repairs. I reviewed the parts replaced to realise that I have been charged for one part 3 times compared to what you can get somewhere else. What a disappointment!

It was a long day all for a battery charging that failed (not the fault of the Centre staff for without their expertise troubleshooting, car problems would have continued. Also a suspension inspection that I'm now waiting on a repair quote. But in spite of the 6hour waiting time I managed to get a new battery members discount (I did not know about), some much needed meditation only made difficult by TV noise and the occasional business transactions that took place. But the rare opportunity to meditate in a public environment brought about a personal experience that highlighted my visit making the waiting time seem brief.
A great environment for service to their customers and pleasant reception by those who represented NRMA.

Really disapointed, i have booked and they send me messege for accepted but on the day they say you have to bring it in the morning. Hate that nrma
