Friendly professional staff. We were given a timely appointment for a service at half the quoted cost of a dealership quote. The dealership had a one month delay before we could have had our car serviced which was interesting considering the dealership requirements regarding warranty. All service requirements were covered during our visit. Happy customer.
This place is great. Professional and clean environment and super easy to get to, there was ample parking and the customer service is great! They were able to fix my car up (cooling system leak and engine overheating) and honestly was surprised with the price, it was so reasonable and have had no issues at all since. Very impressed, highly recommend!
My wife went to get a quote on a service recently but decided not to go through this business because she overheard the staff talking about her and making comments along the lines of sniffing the seat. Disgusting business
If you're a woman seeking a trustworthy mechanic then these guys aren't that. Typical oldschool mechanics looking at a lady and charging more.
Do yourself a favour ladies and go elsewhere.

I'd think twice about taking your pride and joy to these guys. Oh and definitely don't pay on a credit card, these guys love overcharging without permission.
Dishonest scammer, over priced (double what you would pay at a dealership) said a discount had been given then over charged my credit card - do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

I was unable to make it to pick up my car Friday just passed before end of business trading hours 5pm, after having my car serviced together with a rego check at Motorserve Campbelltown. The team arranged an after hours collection for me for my convenience & payment for services rendered over the phone. It was stress free & a simple resolution solved with just a phone call. My car is running like it was just newly purchased from a dealership & duco shinnig with a complimentary car wash to my surprise! I appreciate your dedication. I had my Captiva serviced and wheel alignment today because my usual mechanic was booked out.
I wasn’t impressed with the price of the service, and alignment. Didn’t fix the wobbly steering wheel that I told them about, and they told me that there was no tread on my tires n I need new ones. I said no to the tires, when I picked up my car the tires are fine.
I will not be coming back.

Service by the book, very professional & quick for a major service. Will go back again. Price much cheaper than dealer. Can't give 5 star until after my next service then I'll reassess, I would give 4.5 but it's not there.

I dropped by about a week ago bc I was on a road trip and started getting a brake light bulb error all of a sudden. Although I didn’t have any appointment, the ladies sitting behind the admissions desk accepted the car into the workshop for a quick replacement. It turned out the error was misleading and I didn’t have any problem with my lights. The staff here are very friendly and cheerful, and of course they’re so professional. Thanks guys for your kindness, help and professionalism.

Was towed there after breakdown by NRMA. Staff were friendly & tried to be helpful but I was overcharged for the work done. 1 fuel injector replacement cost $1400 gst incl (this incl a diagnostic fee of $200). They suggested replacing all 4 for $4800. I got 2 quotes elsewhere for replacing 3 fuel injectors for under $2500. Do the math & I got overcharged.
Thank you to Danny (store manager) for his response to my complaint, made 1 month ago. I don't just "feel" I've been overcharged. I KNOW I've been overcharged, by a substantial amount too. The repairs I had completed elsewhere (guaranteed also) where done with genuine VW parts. No cheap imports as I sighted the replacement parts in their original packaging. Your business pricing may be "transparent" but overcharging is still overcharging. I don't wish to "discuss" this further unless the business is willing to refund me part of what I overpaid? Please also be aware that my car broke down on my way to my mother's funeral in QLD, which the staff were aware off. So I do "feel" I was in a difficult situation where I had no choice but to get the work done, to get my car back on the road. I was taken advantage of and overcharged.
