The staff are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They guided us through a number of options to fit within our budget and the final outcome is wonderful. The team that laid the floors did an amazing job and left the place very clean. It only took a quick mop and wipe down before the furniture could be moved back in. I am a coordinator of 3 Disability houses, we have recently had flooring done at all 3 of our centres. Nowra Flooring Xtra were very accommodation to our unique needs with timings and timeframes. They did quality work ensuring the floors were safe for people with physical limitations. Very easy to deal with, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Flooring Xtra, everyone was so professional from my first phone call to the staff who come out to measure and install. We were kept well informed at all stages and are so happy with our internal and external shutters.
Our outdoor shutters have created an additional living space to our home and look amazing at the same time.

With our first contact in the showroom we received professional advice. The salesman was on time for the quotation and the laying of the carpet explained. We were very happy to go ahead and the tradesman that installed the carpet were polite, and very accommodating in moving the furniture and we are very happy with the end result. Cannot recommend this Company more highly.

This is the third time we've used Flooring Xtra. Previous jobs were carpeting bedrooms and flooring in a bathroom. This time was vinyl planking in the living space. The job didn't go to plan with the timber under flooring warping and lifting. I think the real measure of customer service is what a business does when things go wrong and the team were excellent in handling this issue. Our job was prioritised, the original underlay was removed and the floor completely relaid from scratch. We weren't happy with the join to the wall, so they sent a builder out to install our choice of trim. The entire staff is professional from the team in the office who are always friendly and helpful to the installers who are polite and professional. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Sales team were great at suggesting suitable products, but beyond that I would not recommend this company. Their communication is beyond terrible to the point where they don't even bother replying to your questions or concerns. The guys that came to install the flooring didn't tidy up when they left, leaving plastic shavings in our garden. They also left without finishing the job and never indicated when they would be back, leaving our builder to finish it. There's plenty of other options in Nowra so don't waste your time and money with these guys.

I use Nowra Flooring Xtra often through my workplace and more recently for my own home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done!

Flooring Xtra did new floors for us around 20 years ago and did such a fantastic job we used them again recently to install new flooring and blinds in another house. Just as great a job at a good price. Very happy with them, the staff are lovely, helpful and super efficient!
